Jim Beam Black Label Bourbon Whiskey, Amaro Montenegro, Ottos Athens Vermouth, Angostura bitters, homemade Cacao Bitters, Orange twist.



Ingredients

40mls Jim Beam Black Label Bourbon Whiskey, 

15mls Amaro Montenegro, 

15mls Ottos Athens Vermouth, 

1 dash Angostura bitters, 

2 dashes of homemade Cacao Bitters, 

1 Orange twist.

Glass

Small Coupe

Mixology

Stir with ice, 40mls Jim Beam Black Label Bourbon Whiskey, 15mls Amaro Montenegro, 15mls Ottos Athens Vermouth, 1 dash of Angostura bitters, 2 dashes of homemade Cacao Bitters.

Double strain into a chilled small Coupe, Flambe and Orange twist into the Cocktail.

Blueberry infused Bombay Sapphire Gin, rosemary, hibiscus tonic


ingredients

60mls Blueberry infused Bombay Sapphire Gin,

1 sprig of rosemary,

top with hibiscus tonic

G and T 

Mixology

Build Over ice into a G and T glass, 60mls Blueberry infused Bombay Sapphire Gin, 1 sprig of slapped rosemary, and top with hibiscus tonic.

Gently stir


Thai Masala

Roasted Cashew and coconut-infused Wild turkey Bourbon Whiskey, homemade Sesame and Lemongrass Vermouth, Garam Masala infused Maple Syrup, Curry Leaf, chilli and turmeric tincture.

Stir with ice, 50mls Roasted Cashew and Coconut infused Wild Turkey Bourbon Whiskey, 10mls homemade Sesame and Lemongrass Vermouth, 10mls Garam Masala infused Maple Syrup, and 3 dashes of Curry Leaf, chilli and turmeric tincture. double strain into a chilled Small glass tea Cup

Spilt Chilli, Garam Masala on part of the glass

Stranger and Sons Gin, Sauvignon Blanc White wine, freshly squeezed Lemon, Pickled fruit foam

Ingredients

50mls Stranger and Sons Gin, 

20mls Sauvignon Blanc White wine, 

Half a freshly squeezed Lemon, 

5mls Sugar syrup

top with Pickled fruit foam

muddle 3 chunks of Pineapple, add ice, 40mls Fandango Mezcal, 10mls Blue Bar crafted Topi wale ki taraf se Amaro Fenet, 10mls Campari, and tip of a spoon of Black Salt. shake and double strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.

Johnnie Walker Gold Label Whisky, Cinnamon Honey, Apple Juice, Ginger, Lime, Angostura Bitters

1 Julian of Ginger,

15mls Lime juice, 

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Muddle 1 Julian of Ginger, Shake with ice, 60mls Johnnie Walker Gold Label Whisky, 10mls Cinnamon Honey, 30mls Apple Juice, 15mls Lime juice, and 2 dashes Angostura Bitters.

Double strain over a block of ice in an Old Fashioned glass.

2 dashes of Blue Bar Spice Bitters, 

1 Egg Whites

Mixology 

shake with ice, 50mls Hapusa Himalayan Dry Gin, 15mls Homemade Citrus Pith and Herb Aperitivo, 5mls Homemade Vanilla Syrup, 2 dashes of Blue Bar Spice Bitters, 1 Egg Whites. Remove ice and dry shake.

Strain into a chilled goblet

Lychee infused Stolichnaya Vodka, Apricot Fortified Wine, Orange, Basil, Peach Lemonade.

Ingredients

40mls Lychee-infused Stolichnaya Vodka, 

20mls Apricot Fortified Wine, 

a quarter of freshly squeezed Orange, 

3 Basil leaves

topped with Peach Lemonade.

Small highball

Mixology

Shake with ice, 40mls Lychee-infused Stolichnaya Vodka, 20mls Apricot Fortified Wine, a quarter of freshly squeezed Orange, and 3 ripped Basil leaves.

Double strain over ice into a small highball and top with Peach lemonade,

Garnish

Lychee on a stick pegged to glass and wine-soaked apricot on drink.


Cacao Dark and Stormy

Black Tears spiced rum, Homemade Creme De Cacao, Homemade Cacao bitters, Lime, Ginger Beer

50mls Black Tears spiced rum, 

10mls Homemade Creme De Cacao, 

2 dashes of Homemade Cacao bitters, 

15mls Lime juice, 

topped with Ginger Beer

Mixology

Build over ice in a small Highball. 50mls Black Tears spiced rum, 10mls Homemade Creme De Cacao, 2 dashes of Homemade Cacao bitters, 15mls Lime juice, and top with Ginger Beer.

Give a gentle stir

Dehydrated Lime with 3 coffee beans on top


Remember September

Samsara City of Pink Gin, Cucumber, kaffir lime leaf, lime juice, Elderflower and Musk Melon kombucha. With a black pepper rim



Ingredients

60mls Samsara City of Pink Gin, 

half-finger width slice of Cucumber without skin,

3 kaffir lime leaves, 

10mls lime juice, 

30mls Elderflower and Musk Melon kombucha. 

With a black pepper rim

Mixology

rim the Glass with lime and Pepper, and place a thin slice of Cucumber and the inside top of the glass.

muddle a half-finger width slice of Cucumber without skin, add ice 60mls Samsara City of Pink Gin, 3 kaffir lime leaves, and 10mls lime juice.

Shake and Double strain into garnished Nick and Nora Glass.

Top with 30mls Elderflower and Musk Melon kombucha.

Espolon Reposado Tequila, Ginger, homemade Tamarind Chutney, Lime juice, with Chilli Flakes, Chaat Masala and salt rim



Ingredients

60mls Espolon Reposado Tequila, 

1 Julian Ginger, 

2 heaped bar spoons of homemade Tamarind Chutney, 

20mls Lime juice, 

5mls sugar syrup

with Chilli Flakes, Chaat Masala and salt rim

small old fashioned

Mixology

Rim the small old-fashioned with Chilli Flakes, Chaat Masala and salt

Muddle 1 Julian of Ginger, add ice,  2 heaped bar spoons of homemade Tamarind Chutney, 20mls Lime juice, 5mls sugar syrup and 60mls Espolon Reposado Tequila.

Shake and Double strain into Rimmed small Old Fashioned.

Bulldog Gin, Mint, fresh Blueberry, lime, Mint Tonic


Ingredients

60mls Bulldog Gin, 

15 Mint leaves, 

10 fresh Blueberry,

10mls  lime juice, 

topped with Mint Tonic

mixology

Muddle 10 fresh Blueberries, add ice, 60mls Bulldog Gin, 15 Mint leaves, shake and Double strain into an ice-filled G and T Glass. Top with mint tonic.

Patron Silver Tequila, Aperol, freshly squeezed Grapefruit, Lime, Basil, Prosecco

30mls Patron Silver Tequila, 

30mls Aperol,

Half a  freshly squeezed Grapefruit, 

15mls Lime juice, 

4 Basil leaves, 

90mls Prosecco

shake with ice, 30mls Patron Silver Tequila, 30mls Aperol, Half a  freshly squeezed Grapefruit, 15mls Lime juice, and 4 Basil leaves, 

Double strain into an ice-filled G and T glass, top with 90mls of Prosecco.
