15mls Homemade lemongrass and Sesame vermouth, 

slice of Cucumber, 

4 Curry leaves

Mixology

Muddle slice of Cucumber, rip 4 Curry leaves add ice 45mls frozen Hendricks Gin, 15mls Homemade lemongrass and Sesame vermouth, stir and double strain into a frozen small martini.

Garnish

sesame coated Cucumber and Curry leaf

muddle 2 chunks of Pineapple add ice, rip 3 Kaffir Lime Leaves, 40mls Havana Club 7, 15mls Amaro Montenegro, 15mls Ottos Athens Vermouth, and shake.

Double strain into a chilled coupe

Greater Than Gin, Strawberry, Clementine, Elderflower tonic

ingredients

60mls Greater Than Gin, 

3 Strawberry, 

half a freshly squeezed Clementine, 

topped with Elderflower tonic

Gin and tonic glass

Mixology

Muddle 3 strawberries, add ice, half a freshly squeezed Clementine, 60mls Greater Than Gin, shake.

Double strain over ice  into a Gin and tonic Glass, top with three quarters of an elderflower tonic bottel.

60mls Carrot, Raisin and Apple infused Russian Standard Vodka, 

half hand full of Mint, 

10mls Baby Carrot Honey Syrup, 

topped with Ginger and Lemongrass Kombucha, 

2 dashes of spice Bitters

slap half hand full of Mint, add ice, 60mls Carrot, Raisin and Apple infused Russian Standard Vodka, 10mls Baby Carrot Honey Syrup, and shake.

Double strain over ice into a small highball, top with Ginger and Lemongrass Kombucha,
