Singleton of Dufftown 12-year-old single malt whisky, Cherries soaked in Cola reduction, Cointreau, Angostura Bitters, Prosecco.

60mls Singelton of Dufftown 12-year-old single malt whisky,

10 Cherries soaked in Cola

15mls Cola reduction,

15mls Tanqueray Gin, Cointreau, Angostura Bitters mix

60mls  Prosecco.

Mixology

Muddle 10 Cherries soaked in Cola (flambe when quiet and the guest is at the bar) or add 15mls Tanqueray Gin, Cointreau, and Angostura Bitters mix. Add ice, 15mls Cola reduction, and 60mls Singelton of Dufftown 12-year-old single malt whisky. Shake and Double strain into a chilled Coupe. Top with 60mls  Prosecco.
