Autumn Jive

Apricot, Mango, Peach lemonade

Ingredients

60mls Apricot Puree

4 Basil Leaves

Top with Peach Lemonade

Glass

GnT glass

Mixology

Add ice, 60mls Apricot puree, 4 lipped basil leaves Shake, add in Peach lemonade stir.  Double strain over ice, and add Peach Lemonade if required. 

Garnish

sprig of Basil 

 

Groover

Blueberry Puree, Mint, mint Tonic.

Ingredients

30mls blueberry puree

15 Mint leaves,

Top with Mint Tonic

Glass

G and T

Mixology

Shake with ice, 30ml blueberry puree, and 15 Mint leaves, add mint tonic stir and Double strain into an ice-filled G and T Glass

Garnish

Mint sprig and 2 blueberries

 

Tropical Curry

Pineapple, Curry Leaves, lime, Ginger Beer

Ingredients

2 chunks fresh Pineapple,

4 curry Leaves,

20mls Lime Juice,

Top with ginger Beer

Glass

Highball

Mixology

Muddle 2 chunks of fresh pineapple and add ice, add 4 curry Leaves, 20mls Lime Juice, Shake and double into an ice-filled Small Highball.

Top with Ginger Beer

Garnish

Dehydrated Pineapple and Curry leaf

 

 

Dreamer

Strawberry, Ginger, Lime, Lemongrass and Ginger Kombucha

Ingredients

30mls Strawberry puree

1 Julian of ginger

15mls lime juice

Top with Lemongrass and Ginger Kombucha

Glass

Highball

Mixology

Muddle 1 Julian of ginger, add ice, 30mls Strawberry puree, and 15mls lime juice, and shake. Double strain into an ice-filled highball and Top with Lemongrass and Ginger Kombucha.

Good Vibrations

Elderflower syrup, watermelon, Lime, Berry Kombucha

Ingredients

10mls Elderflower syrup,

2 chunks of watermelon,  

15mls Lime,

Top with Berry Kombucha

Glass

highball

Mixology

muddle 2 chunks of watermelon, add 10mls Elderflower syrup, 15mls Lime, shake and double strain into an ice-filled highball and top with Berry Kombucha.

Garnish
