Blackberry, lime, Homemade Spice syrup, Ginger ale

Ingredients

30mls Blackberry puree, 

20mls lime juice, 

10mls Homemade Spice syrup, 

top with Ginger ale

Glass

Mixology 

Build over ice in a Highball, 30mls Blackberry puree, 20mls lime juice, 10mls Homemade Spice syrup, top with Ginger ale and stir.

Garnish

Dehydrated Lime wheel


 

Winter in Eden

Apple Juice, Apricot, Cinnamon, Apple Cider vinegar

ingredients

90mls Real Activ Apple Juice, 

30mls Apricot Puree, 

5mls Cinnamon Syrup, 

2.5mls Apple Cider vinegar

Glass

Coupe

Mixology

Shake with ice, 90mls Real Activ Apple Juice, 30mls Apricot Puree, 5mls Cinnamon Syrup, 2.5mls Apple Cider vinegar and double strain into a Coupe.

Garnish

Cinnamon stick, and dehydrated Apple


 

Power and Passion

Passionfruit, Basil, Tabasco, Lime, Sprite

Ingredients

20mls Passionfruit puree, 

3 Basil leaves, 

3 dashes Tabasco,

15mls Lime, 

top with Sprite

Glass

Highball

Mixology

Rip 3 Basil leaves, add ice, 20mls Passionfruit puree, 3 dashes Tabasco,

15mls Lime, shake and double strain over ice. Top with Sprite.

Garnish

Red Chilli, and Basil leaf


 

Summer tonic

Watermelon, Passionfruit, Kaffir Lime Tart, Elderflower Tonic

Ingredients 

Top with Elderflower Tonic, 
2 chunks Watermelon, 
20mls Passionfruit, 
5mls Kaffir Lime Tart,

Glass

RCR Highball

Mixology

Muddle 2 chunks of Watermelon, add 20mls Passionfruit, 5mls Kaffir Lime Tart, and shake. Double strain into an ice-filled RCR Highball glass. 
Top with Elderflower tonic

Garnish

slices of Watermelon and Kaffir lime leaves.

45mls Strawberry puree, 

60mls Krishi Cress Kombucha Berry, 
60mls Hibiscus Tea

Mixology

add ice, 30mls of strawberry puree, 90mls of kombucha berry and 90mls of Hibiscus tea. Shake and double strain over Ice into Mixology Tumbler

Mixology

Muddle 1 Julian of Ginger, add ice, 10mls of Honey water, 60mls Coconut Water, 60mls Krishi Cress Kombucha Immunity, 1ml Sea Salt solution, 10mls Lime Juice, and Shake.

Double strain into Chilled coupe glass

rip 5 Kaffir Lime leaves, add 20mls Am Panna, 15mls Lime juice, 1ml Black salt Solution, 60mls Lychee juice and Ice. Shake and double strain into a martini glass

Mistress

Lime, Mint, Pomegranate and Cranberry

Ingredients

30mls  Lime Juice, 

10 Mint leaves, 

1 Pomegranate 

Top with Cranberry Juice

Mixology

Slap 10 Mint leaves, add 30mls  Lime Juice, freshly squeeze 1 Pomegranate, fill the glass with ice and top with Cranberry juice.

Stir gently in the glass

Garnish

Pomegranate pearls stirred into the drink
