The Maya were a tribe of Mexico famous for their Pyramids and
astrology. I was once lucky to see one of these Pyramids in the jungle of
Southern Mexico, and it was dazzling. In this Cocktail, I encapsulate some of
the flavours of Mexico with Sun-dried Tomato-infused Patron Silver Tequila, a
Shrub crafted using jalapeno and garlic and Orange.
A very Mexican taste.
