Mezcal is the trendiest spirit category globally with its smoky flavour and truly artisan approach to spirit creation. Smoky Fandango Mezcal for the state of Oaxaca in Mexico, with a flavourful Homemade Citrus Tequila Liqueur with citrus enhancement of grapefruit and lime.

45mls Fandango Mezcal, 

15mls Homemade Citrus Tequila Liqueur, 

Half Grapefruit, 

15mls Lime juice, 

Salt Rim

Glass

Coupe

Mixology

Shake with ice, Half Grapefruit, 15mls Lime juice, 45mls Fandango Mezcal, 15mls Homemade Citrus Tequila Liqueur, double strain into a salt-rimmed coupe.

Mayan Margarita

Sun-dried Tomato Infused Patron Silver Tequila lime, with Homemade Jalapeno, Garlic, and Citrus Shrub, Orange, Sea Salt Rim

The Maya were a tribe of Mexico famous for their Pyramids and astrology. I was once lucky to see one of these Pyramids in the jungle of Southern Mexico, and it was dazzling. In this Cocktail, I encapsulate some of the flavours of Mexico with Sun-dried Tomato-infused Patron Silver Tequila, a Shrub crafted using jalapeno and garlic and Orange.

A very Mexican taste.

20mls lime Juice

20mls Homemade Jalapeno, Garlic, and Citrus Shrub, 

half a Orange

Sea Salt Rim

Rim ice Cream coupe with salt, shake 60mls Sun-Dried Tomato Infused Patron Silver Tequila,  30mls lime juice, and 20mls Homemade Jalapeno, Garlic, and Citrus Shrub,
