Sipsmith Gin, Cucumber, Dill, Green Melon Syrup, Lime
Ingredients
60mls Sipsmith Gin,
3cm slice of Cucumber,
1 sprig of Dill,
5mls Green Melon Syrup,
5mls Lime juice

mixology
muddle 1 slice of cucumber with skin removed, add 1 slapped sprig of Dill, ice, 5mls of green melon syrup, 5mls of Lime Juice and 60mls of Sipsmith Gin.
Roll the shaker and Double strain into a chilled Martini glass.

Grilled Peach Smash
Grilled Peach infused Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey, Mint, Basil, Honey, Lime and Soda.
Ingredients
60ml Grilled Peach infused Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey,
10 Mint leaves,
3 Basil leaves,
15mls Honey water,
15mls Lime juice
topped with Soda.

Mixology
Slap 10 mint leaves and 3 basil leaves, add 15mls of Honey water, 15mls of lime juice and 60ml Grilled Peach infused Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey. Give a good swizzle with bar spoon and fill the glass with ice. Top with soda and crushed ice.

Wild Turkey Bourbon Whiskey, Homemade Lemongrass liqueur, Lemon, Egg Whites, Lotus bitters, Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime leaf, Ginger

50mls Wild Turkey Bourbon Whiskey,
20mls Homemade Lemongrass liqueur,
Half a Lemon,
1 Egg White,
2 dashes of Lotus bitters,
half a Lemongrass stick,
5 Kaffir Lime leaf,
1 Julian of Ginger

Muddle half a Lemongrass stick and 1 Julian of Ginger. Add 5 ripped Kaffir Lime leaves, 1 egg white, 1 freshly squeezed Half Lemon, and 2 dashes of Lotus bitters, ice, 50mls Wild Turkey Bourbon Whiskey, 20mls Homemade Lemongrass liqueur.
Shake and Double strain into a Coupe.
Garnish
Dehydrated Lemon and Kaffir lime leaf pegged to glass.

60mls Hendricks Gin,
2 slices of Cucumber,
15mls Bespoke Thyme and Elderflower Shrub,
Top with Elderflower Tonic,

Mixology
muddle 2 slices of Cucumber, add ice 60mls Hendricks Gin, 15mls Bespoke Thyme and Elderflower Shrub, and roll shakers. Double strain into a Highball glass and top with Elderflower tonic.

Passionfruit Pisco Sour
Pisco, Lemon, Passionfruit, Sugar, Egg white
Ingredients
60mls Pisco,
half a Lemon,
half a Passionfruit,
15mls Sugar syrup,
1 Egg white

In a mixing tin, add 1 egg white, half a passionfruit, half a freshly squeezed lemon, ice, 15ml sugar syrup, And 60mls of Pisco. Shake and then strain out the ice. Then dry shake and pour into a Coupe glass.

Stranger and Sons Gin, Amaro Montenegro, Grapefruit, Rosemary, Lime, Sugar and Soda

45mls Stranger and Sons Gin,
15mls Amaro Montenegro,
half a Grapefruit,
Rosemary,
15mls Lime juice,
5mls Sugar Syrup
topped with Soda

Tumbler
Muddle 1 sprig of Rosemary, add half a Grapefruit, 15mls Lime juice, 5mls Sugar Syrup, 45ml Stranger and Sons Gin, 15mls Amaro Montenegro and ice, Quick shake and double strain into a Tumble. Top with soda.
Garnish
Dehydrated grapefruit and Rosemary pegged to the glass.
