Ingredients

60mls Bombay Sapphire Gin, 

10mls Vanilla syrup, 

quarter lemon, 

topped with Early Grey Foam

Glass

Coupe

Mixology

stir with ice, 60mls Bombay Sapphire Gin, 10mls Vanilla syrup, and a quarter of freshly squeezed lemon, double strain into a chilled Coupe glass and top with Earl Grey Foam.

Garnish

Dehydrated Lemon


BBQ

Black Label, with a Lone Wolf Lager, Onion and Barbeque Sauce reduction, apple, Aromatic bitters, smoked 



ingredients

60mls Black Label, 

20mls Lone Wolf Lager, Onion and Barbeque Sauce reduction, 

half a red apple, 

15mls real Activ Apple Juice

2 dashes of Aromatic bitters,

Wood chips

Glass

 Small Old Fashioned

Mixology

Muddle Half a Red Apple with the core removed, add ice, 60mls Black Label, 20mls Lone Wolf Lager, Onion and Barbeque Sauce reduction, 15mls real Activ Apple Juice and 2 dashes of Aromatic bitters.

Shake and Double strain over ice chunks, and smoke with woodchips.

Garnish

Slice of Red Apple

Try a little Tenderness.

St Clair Sauvignon Blanc White wine, Jamun, coconut water, lemon, 



Ingredients

90mls St Clair Sauvignon Blanc White wine,

5 Jamun, 

90mls coconut water, 

quarter lemon,

Glass

Highball

Mixology

muddle 5 Jamun, add 90mls St Clair Sauvignon Blanc White wine, 5 Jamun, ice, 90mls of coconut water, and a quarter of a lemon.

Shake and double strain into an ice-filled highball.

Garnish

Lemon twist and 3 Jarmon on a cocktail stick


Purple

Doja Indo-Japanese Gin, Cointreau, Krishi Cress, Kombucha Vision,

Lemon

45mls Sipsmith Gin, 

15mls Cointreau, 

60mls Krishi Cress, Kombucha Vision,

a quarter of a Lemon

1 lemon Twist

glass

Small highball

mixology

Stir with ice, 45mls Doja Indo-Japanese Gin, 15mls Cointreau, 60mls Krishi Cress, Kombucha Vision, and a quarter of a Lemon. Double strain into a small ice-filled Highball glass. 

Garnish 

Flambe lemon twist and a Dehydrated piece of lemon

Talisker Storm Single Malt whisky, Tanqueray gin, Homemade Dark chocolate sauce, topped with Lemon foam
