Build into a GnT glass Half a freshly squeezed Pomegranate and clementine, add ice, 30mls Barrister Pink Gin, 30mls Aperol, and 90mls Prosecco,
Gently stir.

2 clementine wedges and Pomegranate pearls stirred into glass

10mls Elderflower syrup
top with Prosecco
