Dried Fig infused Martell VSOP Cognac, Mint, Pear, Pineapple, Kombucha Cleanse.





Ingredients

60mls Dried Fig infused Martell VSOP Cognac, 

10 Mint leaves, 

half a Pear, 

2 chunks of Pineapple, 

30mls Kombucha Cleanse.

Glass

Mixology

Muddle half a Pear and 2 chunks of Pineapple, and add 10 slapped Mint leaves, ice, 30mls Kombucha Cleanse. 60mls Dried Fig infused Martell VSOP Cognac, and shake,

Double strain into a chilled Coupe glass, 

Garnish

Dehydrated Pear and Mint sprig clipped to the side of the glass


Targaryen Conquest

Charred Red Bell Pepper infused Fandango Mezcal, Homemade Tamarind and Chilli Syrup, Chaat Masala, and Pomegranate. 

Ingredients

60mls Charred Red Bell Pepper infused Fandango Mezcal, 

15mls Homemade Tamarind and Chilli Syrup, 

half small bar spoon Chaat Masala,

1 Pomegranate. 

Glass

Black Coupe

Mixology

Freshly squeeze 1 Pomegranate, add ice, 60mls Charred Red Bell Pepper infused Fandango Mezcal, 15mls HomemBlack coupe half rimmed with Chaat Masala.

Garnish

Slice and Pomegranate and Red Chilli


The Sicilian 

Vanilla and Date infused Grey Goose Vodka, espresso, parmesan cheese syrup, and sea salt.



Ingredients

60mls Vanilla and Date infused Grey Goose Vodka, 
40mls espresso, 
10mls parmesan cheese syrup, 
pinch of Sea salt.

Glass

Martini

Mixology

Shake with ice, 60mls Vanilla and Date infused Grey Goose Vodka, 40mls espresso, 10mls parmesan cheese syrup, and a pinch of Sea salt.

Remove ice and dry shake. Strain into a chilled martini Glass.

Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

Raisin the Plum

Raisin-infused Havana Club 7 Rum, Homemade Plum Syrup, Lime, Ginger Ale

Ingredients

60ml Raisin-infused Havana Club 7 Rum, 

20mls Homemade Plum Syrup, 

30mls Lime Juice, 

Top with Ginger Ale

Highball

Mixology

Build over ice into a highball, 60mls Raisin-infused Havana Club 7 Rum, 20mls Homemade Plum Syrup, 30mls Lime Juice, and top with Ginger Ale. Gentle stir in glass

Garnish

plum slice and lime wedge.


Illusion of Romance 

Clementine infused Buffalo trace Bourbon Whiskey, Ottos Athens vermouth, Homemade Cinnamon Syrup, Angostura bitters, and Orange Twist.



Ingredients

50mls Clementine infused Buffalo trace Bourbon Whiskey, 

15mls Ottos Athens vermouth, 

5mls Homemade Cinnamon Syrup, 

2 dashes of Angostura bitters, 

Orange Twist.

mixology

Stir with ice, 50mls Clementine infused Buffalo trace Bourbon Whiskey, 15mls Ottos Athens vermouth, 5mls Homemade Cinnamon Syrup, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, Double Strain into a chilled Coupe glass.

Garnish

Orange Twist and a Cinnamon stick
