Thai Whiskey sour

Wild Turkey Bourbon Whiskey, Homemade Lemongrass liqueur, Lemon, Egg Whites, Lotus bitters, Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime leaf, Ginger 



Ingredients

50mls Wild Turkey Bourbon Whiskey, 

20mls Homemade Lemongrass liqueur, 

Half a Lemon,

1 Egg White, 

2 dashes of Lotus bitters, 

half a Lemongrass stick, 

5 Kaffir Lime leaf, 

1 Julian of Ginger

Glass

Coupe

Mixology

Muddle half a Lemongrass stick and 1 Julian of Ginger. Add 5 ripped Kaffir Lime leaves, 1 egg white, 1 freshly squeezed Half Lemon, and 2 dashes of Lotus bitters, ice, 50mls Wild Turkey Bourbon Whiskey, 20mls Homemade Lemongrass liqueur.

Shake and Double strain into a Coupe.

Garnish

Dehydrated Lemon and Kaffir lime leaf pegged to glass. 


Hibiscus and Ginger Daquiri

Makazi Blanco Rum, Lime, Hibiscus and Ginger Syrup



Ingredients

60mls Makazi Blanco Rum, 

30mls Lime juice, 

20mls  Hibiscus and Ginger Syrup 

Glass

Coupe

mixology

Shake with ice, 60mls Makazi Blanco Rum, 30mls Lime juice, 30mls Hibiscus and Ginger Syrup.

Double strain into a chilled Coupe Glass

Garnish

Indian Handcraft Mule

Rampur Indian Single Malt Whisky, Aam Panna, Black salt, Lime, Aromatic



Bitters and Homemade Craft Ginger Beer

Ingredients

60mls Rampur Indian Single Malt Whisky, 

15mls Aam Panna, 

1ml Black salt solution, 

15mls Lime,

2 dashes of Aromatic Bitters

Top with Homemade Craft Ginger Beer

Mixology

Build over ice in a copper mug, 60mls Rampur Indian Single Malt Whisky, 15mls Aam Panna, 1ml Black salt solution, 15mls Lime,2 dashes of Aromatic Bitters, stir with a spoon, top up ice and ginger Beer.

Hero Nakamura Highball

Toki Japanese Whisky, Miso, Jasmine tea, Perrier, Lemon twist with an Oleo Saccharum Seaweed, Sesame and Citrus Cordial 



Ingredients

60mls Toki Japanese Whisky, 

20mls Miso Jasmine tea, 

top with Perrier, 

1 Lemon twist 

10mls Oleo Saccharum Seaweed, Sesame and Citrus Cordial

Glass

Mixology

Build into a Collins Glass over Clear ice,  60mls Toki Japanese Whisky, 20mls Miso Jasmine tea, 1 Lemon twist, 10mls Oleo Saccharum Seaweed, Sesame and Citrus Cordial and Top with Perrier.

Stir 12 times

Smoked for Fashion

Blackberry and Raspberry Infused Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey, Smoked Garam Masala infused with Canadian Maple Syrup and Angostura Bitters, Smoked with Vanilla. 



Ingredients

60mls Blackberry and Raspberry Infused Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey, 

10mls Smoked Garam Masala infused with Canadian Maple Syrup

3 dashes Angostura Bitters, 

Smoked with Vanilla. 

Glass

Old fashioned

Mixology

Stir with ice 60mls Blackberry and Raspberry Infused Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey, 10mls Smoked Garam Masala infused with Canadian Maple Syrup and 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters, and strain over an ice block into Old Fashioned.

Smoke with Vanilla using Smoketop.

20mls Old Monk Indian Rum, 

30mls Havana Club 7 Cuban Rum, 

10mls Homemade craft Falernum liqueur, 

20mls Homemade Artesian Spiced Mango and Guava liqueur, 

2 chunks Pineapple, 

15mls lime juice, 

half Orange, 

2 dashes Angostura Bitters,

glass

Tiki Mug

Mixology

Muddle 2 chunks of Pineapple, add 15mls lime juice, half a fresh squeezed Orange, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, 20mls Old Monk Indian Rum, 30mls Havana Club 7 Cuban Rum, 10mls Homemade craft Falernum liqueur, and 20mls Homemade Artesian Spiced Mango and Guava liqueur, Shake with ice.

Double strain into an ice-filled Tiki Mug. Top with Crushed Ice.

Build over ice into a GnT Glass 30ml Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin, 30mls Aperol, 15mls Passionfruit, 45mls Krishi Cress Kombucha Cleanse, 60mls Prosecco and gently stir.

Shang Hai Gimlet

Grey Goose Vodka, Lime, Ginger, Corriander with an Orange, Cummin, Garlic and Chilli shrub

Ingredients

50mls Grey Goose Vodka,
1 Julian of Ginger,
3 Coriander leaves,
15mls Lime juice,
15mls Cumin, Garlic, Chilli and Orange Shrub

Glass

Nick and Nora

Mixology

Muddle 1 Julian of Ginger, add 3 ripped Coriander leaves, 15mls Lime juice, 15mls Cumin, Garlic, Chilli and Orange Shrub, 50mls Grey Goose Vodka, and ice.
Shake and double strain into a small goblet

Garnish

Dehydrated Orange and Lime and Coriander sprig
