Amaro Mule

Zero Proof Amaro, Ginger Ale, Lime, Mint, Aromatic Bitters.



Ingredients

60mls Zero Proof Amaro, 

 30mls Lime, 

a handful of Mint, 

2 dashes of Aromatic Bitters

Top with Ginger Ale.

Copper Mule Mug

Mixology

Slap a handful of Mint into a Copper Mule mug, add Ice, 60mls Zero Proof Amaro,  30mls Lime juice, 2 dashes of Aromatic Bitters, and Top with Ginger Ale. Add Crushed Ice over the top.

Garnish

Lime Wedges and Mint sprig



Summer tonic

Watermelon, Passionfruit, Kaffir Lime Tart, Elderflower Tonic

Ingredients 

Top with Elderflower Tonic, 
2 chunks Watermelon, 
20mls Passionfruit, 
5mls Kaffir Lime Tart,

Glass

RCR Highball

Mixology

Muddle 2 chunks of Watermelon, add 20mls Passionfruit, 5mls Kaffir Lime Tart, and shake. Double strain into an ice-filled RCR Highball glass. 
Top with Elderflower tonic

Garnish

slices of Watermelon and Kaffir lime leaves.

Berry Tenderness

Strawberry, Kombucha Berry, Hibiscus Tea



Ingredients

30mls Strawberry puree, 

60mls Krishi Cress Kombucha Berry, 
60mls Hibiscus Tea

Mixology

add ice, 30mls of strawberry puree, 90mls of kombucha berry and 90mls of Hibiscus tea. Shake and double strain over Ice into Mixology Tumbler

Garnish

Flambé Orange Twist and Berries 


Virgin Beach Colada

Zero Proof Anejo Rum, Ginger Syrup, Coconut water, Coconut Cream, Pineapple, Curry Leaf, Banana

Ingredients

60mls Zero Proof Anejo Rum, 

10mls Ginger Syrup, 

60mls Coconut water, 

30mls Coconut Cream, 

4 chunks of Pineapple, 

5 Curry Leaves, 

half a Banana

Mixology

Blend with Ice, 60mls Zero Proof Anejo Rum, 10mls Ginger Syrup, 60mls Coconut water, 30mls Coconut Cream, 4 chunks of Pineapple, 5 Curry Leaves, and half a Banana. Pour into Collins Glass

Garnish

Dehydrated Pineapple, banana and Curry leaves on a stalk.


Pre-school Negroni

zero alcohol negroni liqueur, aromatic bitters, orange twist

Ingredients

90mls Zero Alcohol Negroni Liqueur, 

2 dashes of aromatic, 

1 Orange twist

Mixology

Stir with ice, 90mls Zero Alcohol Negroni Liqueur, and 2 dashes of Aromatic Bitters.

Double strain into an Old Fashioned Glass with a clear ice block.

Shake with ice, 60mls zero-proof Reposado, 30mls Blueberry Puree, 15mls  Elderflower Syrup and 60mls Orange Juice. Double strain

Muddle 1 Julian of Ginger, add ice, 10mls of Honey water, 60mls Coconut Water, 60mls Krishi Cress Kombucha Immunity, 1ml Sea Salt solution, 10mls Lime Juice, and Shake.

Double strain into Chilled coupe glass

20mls Am Panna, 

15mls Lime, 

5 Kaffir Lime leaves, 

1ml Black salt Solution,

rip 5 Kaffir Lime leaves, add 20mls Am Panna, 15mls Lime juice, 1ml Black salt Solution, 60mls Lychee juice and Ice. Shake and double strain into a martini glass
