Lust in the Garden GnT

Hendricks Gin, Cucumber, Bespoke Thyme and Elderflower Shrub, Elderflower Tonic 





ingredients

60mls Hendricks Gin, 

2 slices of Cucumber, 

15mls Bespoke Thyme and Elderflower Shrub,

Top with Elderflower Tonic,

Glass

Highball

Mixology

muddle 2 slices of Cucumber, add ice 60mls Hendricks Gin, 15mls Bespoke Thyme and Elderflower Shrub, and roll shakers. Double stain into a Highball glass and top with Elderflower tonic.

Garnish

Thyme and long Cucumber slice

Once in India GnT

Stranger and Sons Gin, Watermelon, Blackberry,  Mint Chutney, Basil, Mint Tonic 

Ingredients

60mls Stranger and Sons Gin, 

2 chunks of Watermelon, 

20mls Blackberry puree,  

10mls Mint Chutney, 

4 Basil leaves, 

top with Mint Tonic

Mixology

Muddle 2 chunks of Watermelon, add ice, 20mls Blackberry puree,  10mls Mint Chutney, 4 slapped and ripped Basil leaves, 60mls Stranger and Sons Gin, and shake.

Double strain into Ice filled GnT Glass and top with mint tonic

Garnish

Fine chopped watermelon chunks and Blackberry

Springtime GnT

Sipsmith Gin, Grapefruit, Japanese Green Melon syrup, Frangipani tonic, Chrysanthemum




60mls Sipsmith Gin,
half Grapefruit,
5mls  Japanese Green Melon Syrup,
top with Frangipani Tonic,
2 Dashes Chrysanthemum Bitters

Mixology

Stir with ice, 60mls Sipsmith Gin, a half of fresh-squeezed Grapefruit, 5mls Japanese Green Melon Syrup, and 2 Dashes of Chrysanthemum Bitters, Strain into RCR Mixology Wine Glass over ice and top with Frangipani Tonic.

Garnish

Dehydrated Grapefruit and Edible Flower on peg
