Stir with ice, 50ml Baked Camembert Infused Samsara Contemporary Indian Gin, 20ml Homemade Creme De Cacao, 30mls Krishi Cress Berry Kombucha and Double Strain into an Old fashioned Glass.

2 dashes Aromatic Bitters

Stir with ice, 40mls Roasted Coconut and Banana Infused Jim Beam Black Bourbon Whiskey, 30mls Homemade Artesian Lemongrass Liqueur, and 2 dashes of Aromatic Bitters. Double Strain into a chilled Coupe glass.

Apricot-infused Stranger and Sons Indian Gin, Homemade Artesian Limoncello, Saint Clair Sauvignon Blanc, Sakurafresh Amaretto, Apricot, and Basil topped with a lemon Foam.

15mls Homemade Tamarind and Chilli Syrup, 

half small bar spoon Chaat Masala,

1 Pomegranate.

Mixology

Freshly squeeze 1 Pomegranate, add ice, 60mls Charred Red Bell Pepper infused Fandango Mezcal, 15mls HomemBlack coupe half rimmed with Chaat Masala.

Grilled Zucchini Infused Greater Than Gin, Clementine Mandarin, Basil, and Homemade Spice Syrup.

60mls Grilled Zucchini Infused Greater Than Gin, 
One fresh squeezed Clementine Mandarin, 
3 Basil leaves, 
5mls Homemade Spice Syrup.

mixology

 Rip and slap 3 Basil leaves in a mixing glass, add 60mls Grilled Zucchini Infused Greater Than Gin, one fresh squeezed clementine, and 5mls Homemade Spice Syrup, with ice.
Stir and Double strain into a chilled Bormioli Rocco America '20s Coupe.
