Lemongrass and Ginger Margarita

Maya Pistola, Homemade Orange Zest Liqueur,  Lime, Grapefruit, Lemongrass and Ginger, rimmed with salt.




Ingredients

50mls Maya Pistola, 
20mls Homemade Orange Zest Liqueur, 
15mls Lime, 
Half a Grapefruit, 
half a Lemongrass 
slice of Ginger,
Rimmed with salt.

Glass

Bormioli Rocco bartender Novecento Coupe

Mixology

Muddle half a Lemongrass and a slice of Ginger, add 50mls Maya Pistola, 20mls Homemade Orange Zest Liqueur, 15mls Lime, Half a Grapefruit, and ice.

Shake and double strain into a Salt rimmed Bormioli Rocco bartender Novecento Coupe

Garnish

Dehydrated Grapefruit and Lime with lemongrass


 Blood, Smoke and Sand 

Fried Mushroom Infused Johnnie Walker Black Label whisky, Martini Fiero, Orange, Smoked with Thyme and Rosemary with a Campo Viejo Tempranillo Rioja Red Wine Float.



Ingredients

45mls Fried Mushroom Infused Johnnie Walker Black Label whisky, 

15mls Martini Fiero, 

half an Orange, 

Smoked with Thyme and Rosemary 

10mls Campo Viejo Tempranillo Rioja Red Wine Float.

Glass

Eclat Longchamp Old Fashioned Glass

Mixology

Fill a bottle with Rosemary and thyme smoke

Squeeze half an Orange add 45ml Fried Mushroom Infused Johnnie Walker Black Label whisky, 15mls Martini Fiero,  and ice. Shake and double Strain into Smoke filled Bottle. Pour into an ice-filled Eclat Longchamp Old Fashioned Glass.

Using a bar spoon, float 10mls  of Campo Viejo Tempranillo Rioja Red Wine over the top

Garnish

Dehydrated Orange and Rosemary pegged to glass


 Shang Hai Gimlet

Grey Goose Vodka, Lime, Ginger, Corriander with an Orange, Cummin, Garlic and Chilli shrub

Ingredients

50mls Grey Goose Vodka,
1 Julian of Ginger,
3 Coriander leaves,
15mls Lime juice,
15mls Cumin, Garlic, Chilli and Orange Shrub

Glass

Nick and Nora

Mixology

Muddle 1 Julian of Ginger, add 3 ripped Coriander leaves, 15mls Lime juice, 15mls Cumin, Garlic, Chilli and Orange Shrub, 50mls Grey Goose Vodka, and ice.
Shake and double strain into a small goblet

Garnish

Dehydrated Orange and Lime and Corriander sprig

Cola Fruit Stinger

Martell VSOP Cognac, Creme De Menthe, Mint, with a Coca-Cola, Date, Prune, Fig, Balsamic Shrub, Angostura Bitters, Lemon Twist



Ingredients

50mls Martell VSOP Cognac, 

 15mls Creme De Menthe, 

A handful of Mint,  

30mls Coca-Cola, Date, Prune, Fig, Balsamic Shrub

1 Dash of Angostura Bitters

Lemon Twist

Luigi Bormioli Bach Acqua Old-fashioned Glass

Mixology

Slap a handful of mint, add ice, 40mls Martell VSOP Cognac,  20mls Creme De Menthe, and 30mls Coca-Cola, Date, Prune, Fig, Balsamic Shrub and 1 Dash of Angostura Bitters. Shake and double strain over an Ice block in a Luigi Bormioli Bach Acqua Old-fashioned Glass. stir in a Flambe lemon twist.

Garnish

Date with the Aviator

Date-infused Stranger and Sons Gin, Maraschino Cherry, Violet Syrup, lemon, egg whites.

Ingredients

60mls Date-infused Stranger and Sons Gin, 

5mls Maraschino Cherry syrup, 

5mls Violet Syrup, 

half a fresh squeezed lemon, 

1 egg whites.

Glass

Bormioli Rocco America '20s Coupe

Mixology

Add 1 Egg white, half a fresh squeezed lemon, 5mls Maraschino Cherry syrup, 5mls Violet Syrup, 60mls Date-infused Stranger and Sons Gin, and ice.

Shake, then remove ice and Dry Shake. Double strain into a chilled Bormioli Rocco America '20s Coupe.

Berries and Rose Aperol Spritz

Mixed Berries Infused Smoke Lab Vodka, Aperol, Zonin Prosecco, Kombucha Berry, Homemade Rose Tea Soda

Ingredients

30mls Mixed Berries Infused Smoke Lab Vodka, 
30mls Aperol, 
60mls Zonin Prosecco, 
45mls Kris Kress Kombucha Berry, 
60mls Rose Tea soda

Mixology

Build-in Glass over ice 30mls Mixed Berries Infused Smoke Lab Vodka, 30mls Aperol, 60mls Zonin Prosecco, 45mls Kris Kress Kombucha Berry, 45mls Rose Tea soda, Stir in a glass.

Garnish

2 Raspberries, 2 Blackberries, 2 Blueberries and Strawberry Chopped in half


Smoked Pecan Manhattan

Pecan-infused Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey, Blue Bar Signature crafted Dry Spiced Fortified Wine, Caol Ila Single Malt Whisky, Angostura Bitters, Smoked.

Ingredients

40mls Pecan-infused Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey, 

20mls Blue Bar Signature crafted Dry Spiced Fortified Wine, 

10mls Caol Ila Single Malt Whisky, 

2 dashes Angostura Bitters, 

Smoked with Jasmine Tea leaves

Bormioli Rocco America '20s Coupe

Mixology

stir with ice, 40mls Roasted Pecan-infused Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey, 20mls Blue Bar Signature crafted Dry Spiced Fortified Wine, 10mls Caol Ila Single Malt Whisky, and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters, 

Double strain into a Bormioli Rocco America '20s Coupe Glass, Flambe an Orange Twist. Garnish with a Pecan Nut on top.

Using a smoke gun and dome, Smoke the cocktail with Jasmine tea smoke.


Sapodilla Dark N Stormy

Bacardi 8 Rum, Jack Daniels Tennessee Apple, Sapodilla, Lime, Mole bitters, Blue Bar House Fashioned Ginger Beer 

Ingredients

45mls Bacardi 8 Rum,

15mls Jack Daniels Tennessee Apple, 

1 Sapodilla, 

10mls Lime juice, 

2 dashes Mole bitters, 

Top with Blue Bar House Fashioned Ginger Beer

Mixology Whistler Mini Cocktail Tumbler Venti

Mixology

Muddle 1 Sapodilla, add 45mls Bacardi 8 Rum, 15mls Jack Daniels Tennessee Apple, 10mls Lime juice, 2 dashes Mole bitters, and Ice. Shake and double strain into an ice filled Mixology Whistler Mini Cocktail Tumbler Venti glass and top with Blue Bar House Fashioned Ginger Beer.

Garnish

Slice of Mud Apple



Springtime GnT

Tanqueray Ten Gin, Grapefruit, Japanese Green Melon syrup, Frangipani tonic, Chrysanthemum bitters

Ingredients

60mls Tanqueray Ten Gin,
quarter Grapefruit,
5mls  Japanese Green Melon Syrup,
top with Frangipani Tonic,
2 Dashes Chrysanthemum Bitters

Glass

RCR Mixology Wine Glass

Mixology

Stir with ice, 60mls Tanqueray Ten Gin, a quarter of fresh-squeezed Grapefruit, 5mls Japanese Green Melon Syrup, and 2 Dashes of Chrysanthemum Bitters, Strain into RCR Mixology Wine Glass over ice and top with Frangipani Tonic.

Garnish

Dehydrated Grapefruit and Edible Flower on peg
