Glen Grant 10-year-Old Single malt Whiskey, Fandango Mezcal, Fernet Branca, Pineapple



Ingredients

30mls Glen Grant 10-year-Old Single malt Whiskey, 

20mls Fandango Mezcal, 

20mls Fernet Branca, 

3 chunks of Pineapple

Glass

RCR Goblet

Mixology

Muddle 3 chunks of Pineapple, add ice, 30mls Glen Grant 10-year-Old Single malt Whiskey,  20mls Fandango Mezcal, 20mls Fernet Branca, shake and Double Strain.

Garnish 

Dehydrated Pineapple

Hapusa Gin, Martini Rosso, Pomegranate, Black Olives, Homemade Sumac and Rosemary Syrup


Ingredients

50mls Hapusa Gin, 
20mls Martini Rosso, 
half a squeezed Pomegranate, 
4 Black Olives, 
15mls Homemade Sumac and Rosemary Syrup

Glass

Bormioli Rocco bartender Novecento Coupe

Mixology

Muddle 4 Black Olives, add half a squeezed Pomegranate, 50mls Hapusa Gin, 20mls Martini Rosso, 15mls Homemade Sumac and Rosemary Syrup and ice.
Shake and double strain into a chilled Bormioli Rocco bartender Novecento Coupe glass.

Garnish

Pomegranate slice, Black olives and rosemary

Sacred Star

Havana Club 7 Rum, Star Fruit, Garam Masala infused Smoked Maple Syrup, Orange Blossom Water, 


Ingredients

60mls Havana Club 7 Rum, 
1 Star Fruit, 
10mls Garam Masala infused Smoked Maple Syrup, 
2.5mls Orange Blossom Water, 

Glass

Bormioli Rocco America '20s Coupe

Mixology

Muddle 1-star fruit, add 10mls Garam Masala infused Smoked Maple Syrup, 2.5mls Orange Blossom Water, 60mls Havana Club 7 Rum, and ice.

Shake and double strain into a chilled Bormioli Rocco America '20s Coupe.

Garnish

Slice of Star fruit pegged to glass


Aegeon Fantasy

Jaisalmer Gin, Artichoke Infused Grey Goose Vodka, Fortified Rose Wine enhanced with herbs, Onion and Garlic, Oregano Shrub.


Ingredients

30mls Jaisalmer Gin, 
30mls Artichoke Infused Grey Goose Vodka, 
15ml Fortified Rose Wine enhanced with herbs, Onion and Garlic, 
5mls Oregano Shrub.

Glass

Luigi Bormioli Accademia Coupe Glass

Mixology

Stir with ice 30mls Jaisalmer Gin, 30mls Artichoke Infused Grey Goose Vodka, 15mls Fortified Rose Wine enhanced with herbs, Onion and Garlic, and 5mls Oregano Shrub.

Double strain into a chilled Luigi Bormioli Accademia Coupe Glass

Bohemian Fairyland

Maya Pistola 100% Agave Reposado Agavepura, Watermelon, Thyme, Tumeric, Black Salt, Lime

Ingredients

60mls Maya Pistola 100% Agave Reposado Agavepura, 

2 chunks Watermelon, 

1 sprig of Thyme, 

pinch of Tumeric, 

1ml Black Salt solution, 

10mls Lime juice

Glass

Luigi Bormioli Bach Acqua Old-fashioned Glass

Mixology

Half coat the glass with lime, sprinkle turmeric on 1 quarter and rock salt on another quarter.

Muddle 2 chunks of Watermelon and 1 sprig of Thyme; add ice, a pinch of Tumeric, 1ml Black Salt solution, 10mls Lime juice and 60mls Maya Pistola 100% Agave Reposado Agavepura.

Shake and double over an ice block in a Luigi Bormioli Bach Acqua Old-fashioned Glass with turmeric and rock salt on the side.

Garnish

Watermelon slice and Thyme

Stranger and Sons Gin, Homemade Dried Fruit and Nut Whisky Liqueur, Fig, Apple, Winter Spice Syrup, Blue Bar House Bitters, Cinnamon Smoke


Ingredients
50mls Stranger and Sons Gin, 
10mls Homemade Dried Fruit and Nut Liqueur, 
2 Figs, 
45mls Real Activ Apple Juice 45mls 
5mls Winter Spice Syrup, 
2 dashes Blue Bar House Bitters, 
Cinnamon Smoke
Glass
Nick and Nora
Mixology
Fill a bottle with Cinnamon smoke using a smoke gun.
Muddle 2 figs add 45mls of Real Activ Apple Juice, 5mls Winter Spice Syrup, 2 dashes Blue Bar House Bitters, 50mls Stranger and Sons Gin, 10mls Homemade Dried Fruit and Nut Whisky Liqueur, and ice.
Shake and double strain into the smoke-filled bottle, count to 5 and pour into a small goblet glass. 
Garnish
Fig and Dried Apple pegged to the side of the glass.
