Seaweed-infused Coal ila 10-year-old Single malt Whisky, Amaro Montenegro, Tandoori Charcoal bitters, Sea salt solution.

Ingredients 

50mls Seaweed-infused Coal ila 10-year-old Single malt Whisky, 

20mls Amaro Montenegro, 

1 dash of Tandoori Charcoal bitters, 

1ml Sea salt solution.

Glass

Bormioli Rocco America '20s Coupe

mixology

Stir with ice, 50mls Seaweed-infused Coal ila 10-year-old Single malt Whisky, 20mls Amaro Montenegro, 1 dash of Tandoori Charcoal bitters, and 1ml Sea salt solution.

Double strain into a chilled Bormioli Rocco America '20s Coupe.

Vanilla Infused Grey Goose Vodka, Nederburg Sauvignon Blanc, Passionfruit, Homemade Vanilla Syrup, Orange Blossom Water, Blueberry and Orange Iceball

Mixology

Shake with ice, 60mls Vanilla Infused Grey Goose Vodka, 15mls Nederburg Sauvignon Blanc, 15mls Passionfruit, 10mls Homemade Vanilla Syrup, and 2mls Orange Blossom Water. 

Double strain into an Urban retro fizz Saucer over a Blueberry and Orange Iceball

Grilled Zucchini Infused Greater Than Gin, Clementine Mandarin, Basil, and Homemade Spice Syrup.




Ingredients

60mls Grilled Zucchini Infused Greater Than Gin, 
One and a half a fresh squeezed Clementine Mandarin, 
3 Basil leaves, 
15mls Homemade Spice Syrup.

mixology

 In a mixing glass, Rip and slap 3 Basil leaves, add 60mls Grilled Zucchini Infused Greater Than Gin, half a fresh squeezed Lemon, 15mls Homemade Spice Syrup. with ice.
Stir and Double strain into a chilled Bormioli Rocco America '20s Coupe.

Mixed Berry-infused Smoke Lab Vodka, Blue Bar Spiced Fortified Wine, Fig, Mint, Krishi Cress Kombucha Immunity, with Cinnamon and Cardamon Infused honey.

Ingredients

50mls Mixed Berry-infused Smoke Lab Vodka,
10mls Blue Bar Spiced Fortified Wine,
1 Fig,
a hand full of Mint,
40mls Krishi Cress Kombucha Immunity,
10mls Cinnamon and Cardamon Infused honey.

Muddle 1 Fig add a hand full of slapped Mint, 40mls Krishi Cress Kombucha Immunity, 10mls Cinnamon and Cardamon Infused honey. 50mls Mixed Berry-infused Smoke Lab Vodka, 10mls Blue Bar Spiced Fortified Wine, and ice.
Shake and double strain into a chilled Eclat wine goblet.

Glen Livet is a 12-year-old Single Malt Whisky infused with Dates, Prunes, Figs, Apricots, Vanilla, Blueberries, Sea Salt, Chilli and Strawberry, Homemade Artesian Crème De Cacao, Chocolate Sauce, Balsamic Vinegar, Blue Bar House Bitters.

Ingredients

50mls Glen Livet 12-year-old Single Malt Whisky infused with Dates, Prunes, Fig, Apricot, Vanilla, Blueberries, Sea Salt and Strawberries, 

20mls Homemade Artesian Crème De Cacao, 

5mls Chocolate Sauce, 

1.25mls Balsamic Vinegar, 

0,5ml Sea Salt Solution

2 dashes Blue Bar House Bitters.

In a mixing glass, Stir with ice 50mls Glen Livet 12-year-old Single Malt Whisky infused with Dates, Prunes, Fig, Apricot, Vanilla, Blueberries, Sea Salt and Strawberry, 20mls Homemade Artesian Crème De Cacao, 0,5ml Sea Salt Solution, 5mls Chocolate Sauce, 1.25mls Balsamic Vinegar, 2 dashes Blue Bar House Bitters. Double strain into Bormioli Rocco America '20s Coupe.

Garnish

Date, Prune and dried Apricot on a Cocktail stick with White Chocolate Liqueur drizzled over the top. Sprinkled with sea salt and cacao nibs.
