Glen Livet 12-year-old Single Malt Whisky infused with Dates, Prunes, Fig, Apricot, Vanilla, Blueberries, Sea Salt and Strawberry, Homemade Artesian Crème De Cacao, Chocolate Sauce, Balsamic Vinegar, Blue Bar House Bitters.

Ingredients

50mls Glen Livet 12-year-old Single Malt Whisky infused with Dates, Prunes, Fig, Apricot, Vanilla, Blueberries, Sea Salt and Strawberry, 

20mls Homemade Artesian Crème De Cacao, 

5mls Chocolate Sauce, 

1.25mls Balsamic Vinegar, 

0,5ml Sea Salt Solution

2 dashes Blue Bar House Bitters.

Mixology

In a mixing glass, Stir with ice, 50mls Glen Livet 12-year-old Single Malt Whisky infused with Dates, Prunes, Fig, Apricot, Vanilla, Blueberries, Sea Salt and Strawberry, 20mls Homemade Artesian Crème De Cacao, 0,5ml Sea Salt Solution, 5mls Chocolate Sauce, 1.25mls Balsamic Vinegar, 2 dashes Blue Bar House Bitters. Double strain into Bormioli Rocco America '20s Coupe.

Garnish

Round Chocolate, Date and half strawberry on a Cocktail stick with White Chocolate Liqueur drizzled over the top. Sprinkled with sea salt and cacao nibs.

Char-Grilled Peach Infused Maya Pistola 100% Agave Reposado Agavepura, Raspberry, Ginger, Honey and Hibiscus tea

Ingredients

Char-Grilled Peach Infused Maya Pistola 100% Agave Reposado Agavepura,

15mls Raspberry Puree, 

1 Julian Ginger, 

10mls Honey Water

30mls Hibiscus tea

Mixology

Muddle 1 Julian of Ginger, add ice,  10mls Honey Water, 30mls Hibiscus tea, Char-Grilled Peach Infused Maya Pistola 100% Agave Reposado Agavepura, and 15mls Raspberry Puree, 

Shake and double strain into Bormioli Rocco bartender Novecento Coupe Glass.

Garnish

Dehydrated Peach pegged on the side of Glass


The Traveller

Raisin Infused Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey, Stranger and Sons Gin, Orange, Elderflower Syrup, Frangipani Tonic.

Ingredients

40mls Raisin Infused Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey, 

20mls Stranger and Sons Gin, 

Half an Orange, 

5mls Elderflower Syrup,

Top with approximately 60mls of Frangipani Tonic.

Mixology

In a shaker add ice 40mls Raisin Infused Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey, 20mls Stranger and Sons Gin, Half a freshly squeezed Orange, 5mls Elderflower Syrup.

Roll in a shaker and Double strain over ice into RCR Mixology Wine Glass, Top with approximately 60mls of Frangipani Tonic.

Garnish

Dehydrated Orange and edible flower.

Lychee Infused Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum, Homemade Craft Banana and Jaggery Liqueur, Coconut Water, Lime, Tropical Bitters.

50mls Lychee Infused Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum, 

20mls Homemade Craft Banana and Jaggery Liqueur, 

60mls Coconut Water, 

10mls Lime Juice 

2 dashes Tropical Bitters.

Shake with ice, 50mls Lychee Infused Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum, 20mls Homemade Craft Banana and Jaggery Liqueur, 60mls Coconut Water, 10mls Lime Juice, 2 dashes Tropical Bitters and double strain into Mixology Whistler mini cocktail tumbler venti.
