Virgin Jasmine Tea Mojito

Mint, Lime, Sugar, Jasmine Tea.


Ingredients

8 leaves of Mint
3 lime wedges
15mls Lime Juice
1 bar spoon of sugar
Top with Jasmine tea

RCR Etna Bicchieri Highball

Mixology

Slap 8 leaves of Mint, add 1 bar spoon of sugar and 3 lime wedges. Stir together in glass until most of the sugar is dissolved.
Add 15mls of lime juice and half fill glass with Jasmine Tea. Fill the glass with crushed ice.

Garnish

Jasmine flower, mint sprigs and dehydrated Lime wheels

6 Green Grapes, 
15mls Strawberry puree, 
60mls Krishi Cress Kombucha Berry, 
60mls Hibiscus Tea

Mixology Whistler mini cocktail tumbler venti

Mixology

Muddle 6 green grapes, add ice, 15mls of strawberry puree, 60mls of kombucha berry and 60mls of Hibiscus tea. Shake and double strain over ice into Mixology Tumbler

Garnish

Strawberry and Grape on a cocktail stick

90mls Zero Alcohol Negroni Liqueur, 

2 dashes of Tonka Bitters, 

1 Orange twist

Glass

Old Fashioned

Mixology

Stir with ice, 90mls Zero Alcohol Negroni Liqueur, and 2 dashes of Tonka Bitters.

Double strain into an Old Fashioned Glass with a clear ice block.

Ingredients

90mls Zero Alcohol Reposado, 

5mls Elderflower Syrup 

30mls lime Juice, 

Half an Orange, 

Salt Rim

Urban Dazzle Martini Coupe

Mixology

Rim glass with lime then salt.

Freshly squeeze Half an Orange, add 90mls Zero Alcohol Reposado, 30mls lime Juice, 5mls Suger Syrup. and ice.

Shake and double strain into salted rimmed Urban Dazzle Martini Coupe.

Garnish

Dehydrated orange and Lime on a peg

Muddle Julian of Ginger add ice, 10mls of Honey water, 60mls Coconut Water, 60mls Krishi Cress Kombucha Immunity, 1ml Sea Salt solution, 10mls Lime Juice, and Shake.
Double strain into Chilled coupe glass

20mls Amaro Italiano, 
15mls Apricot puree,

Eclat langchamp old fashioned 

Mixology

Gentle muddle small sprig of rosemary add ice, 20mls Amaro Italiano, 15mls Apricot puree, 30mls Krishi Cress Kombucha Vision, 1 dash Tonka Bitters, shake and Double strain over ice into Eclat old fashioned.
Top with ginger Ale.

150mls Orange Juice

Muddle Lemongrass, Rip 4 Kaffir Lime Leaves, add 150mls Orange Juice and Ice.

Shake and double strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass.

30mls Amaretto, 
2 dashes of Lotus Bitters,
20mls  Lychee Juice, 
10mls lime
top with Indian tonic water

Build over ice into RCR Highball 30mls Amaretto, 2 dashes of Lotus Bitters, 20mls  Lychee Juice, 10mls lime, and top with Indian tonic water.
mix with bar spoon in glass.
