Dark Storm of Desire 

Date and Vanilla infused Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Lime, Prune Rum Liqueur, Angostura bitters, Homemade Craft Ginger Beer

Ingredients

60mls Date and Vanilla infused Woodford Reserve Bourbon, 

20mls Lime, 

10mls Prune Rum Liqueur, 

2 dashes of Angostura bitters, 

top with Homemade Craft Ginger Beer

Glass

Eclat small highball

Mixology

Build over ice, 60mls Date and Vanilla infused Woodford Reserve Bourbon, 20mls Lime Juice, 10mls Prune Rum Liqueur, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, stir and mix ingredients and top with Homemade Craft Ginger Beer.

Garnish

Prune and date



The Boulevard

Makers Mark Bourbon Whiskey, Homemade Bespoke Bitter Aperitivo Number 2, Martini Fiero Vermouth, Jacobert Kirsch D'Alsace Reserve Speciale, Chrysanthemum Bitters and a flambé orange twist.

Ingredients

30mls Makers Mark Bourbon Whiskey, 

15mls Homemade Bespoke Bitter Aperitivo Number 2, 

15mls Martini Fiero Vermouth, 

15mls Jacobert Kirsch D'Alsace Reserve Speciale, 

2 drops Chrysanthemum Bitters  

1 flambé orange twist.

Mixology

stir 30mls Makers Mark Bourbon Whiskey, 15mls Homemade Bespoke Bitter Aperitivo Number 2, 15mls Martini Fiero Vermouth, 15mls Jacobert Kirsch D'Alsace Reserve Speciale, 2 drops Chrysanthemum Bitters and ice.

Double strain into a Luigi Bormioli Accademia Coupe

Magic Mango Margarita

Patron Silver Tequila, Homemade Craft Fig, Honey and Thyme Liqueur, Lime, Mango, with a half Sea Salt and Paprika Chilli Powder Rim

Ingredients

50mls Patron Silver Tequila, 

20mls Homemade Craft Fig, Honey and Thyme Liqueur, 

20mls Lime Juice, 

Half a Mango, 

half Sea Salt and Paprika Chilli Powder Rim

Glass

RCR Goblet

Mixology

Rub half the glass with lime, sprinkle on Sea Salt then Paprika Chilli Powder.

Muddle half a Mango add 50mls Patron Silver Tequila, 20mls Homemade Craft Fig, Honey and Thyme Liqueur, 20mls Lime Juice, and Ice. 

Shake and Double Strain into Chilli and Salt coated glass.

Garnish

Serve on a plate with a spoon, with a slice of Mango with Sea Salt Sprinkled over the top and 2 Dehydrated Nimbu slices




Rusty Wooden Nail

Sandalwood infused Johnnie Walker Green Label, Dried Fig infused jack Daniels Tennessee Honey Liqueur,  Lemon.

Ingredients

45mls Sandalwood infused Johnnie Walker Green Label, 
30mls Dried Fig infused Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey, 
Quarter of Lemon

Glass

Marble Glass/ Masala Art - Old Fashioned Glass

Mixology

In a shaker, add 45mls Sandalwood infused Johnnie Walker Green Label, 30mls Dried Fig infused Tennessee Honey Liqueur, Quarter of Lemon and Ice. Shake and double strain over 1 cube of ice into Marble Glass. The leftovers strain into a separate whisky snifter glass.

Baked Camembert infused Greater Than Gin, Aperol, Kirsch, Martini Fiero, Orange twist.

Ingredients

20mls Baked Camembert infused Greater Than Gin, 
20mls Aperol, 
15mls Kirsch, 
15mls Martini Fiero, 
Orange twist

Glass

Urban Old Fashioned

Mixology

Stir with ice 20mls Baked Camembert infused Greater Than Gin, 20mls Aperol, 15mls Kirsch, 15mls Martini Fiero, Double strain into a small Old fashioned.

Garnish

Slice of Camembert, Orange Twist and Cherry



Matcha Grasshopper

Homemade Artisan Crème de Cacao, Crème De Menthe, Matcha, Cream, Chocolate Biscuit
Ingredients
30mls Homemade Crème de Cacao,
30mls Crème De Menthe,
tip of a bar spoon of Matcha powder,
30mls fresh Cream,
Half a crushed Chocolate Biscuit

 Luigi Bormioli retro Fizz Coupe

Mixology

 In a shaker with ice, add 30mls Homemade Artisan Crème de Cacao, 30mls Crème De Menthe, the tip of a bar spoon of Matcha powder, and  30mls fresh Cream; shake and strain into a coupe glass. Sprinkle Chocolate biscuit and a touch of Matcha Powder on top

Chivas Regal, Blue Bar Citrus Cordial, Craft Basil and Butterfly Pea Soda, Yuzu bitters

Ingredients

60mls Chivas Regal, 
10mls Blue Bar Citrus Cordial, 
Top with Craft Basil and Butterfly Pea Soda, 
1 dash Yuzu bitters

RCR Highball

Mixology

Build over craft clear ice blocks, 60mls Chivas Regal, 10mls Blue Bar Citrus Cordial, Top with Craft Basil and Butterfly Pea Soda, 1 dash Yuzu bitters, 1 Orange twist 1 Lemon Twist and Stir 11 times.

ShangHai Gimlet

Grey Goose Vodka, La Grande Passion, Ginger, Coriander, Lime, with a Cumin, Garlic, Chilli and Orange Shrub

Ingredients

50mls Grey Goose Vodka,
10mls La Grande Passion,
1 Julian of Ginger,
3 Coriander leaves,
15mls Lime juice,
15mls Cumin, Garlic, Chilli and Orange Shrub

Glass

Dilbar Small Goblet

Mixology

Muddle 1 Julian of Ginger add 3 ripped Coriander leaves, 15mls Lime juice, 15mls Cumin, Garlic, Chilli and Orange Shrub, 50mls Grey Goose Vodka, 10mls La Grande Passion, and ice.
Shake and double strain into a small goblet

Dehydrated Orange and Lime and Corriander sprig
