 Gin and Tonics

The Gin and Tonic was born in India, evolving at the Blue Bar 

Springtime GnT

Tanqueray Ten Gin, Grapefruit, Japanese Green Melon Syrup, Frangipani Tonic, Chrysanthemum Bitters

Ingredients

60mls Tanqueray Ten Gin,
quarter Grapefruit,
10mls Japanese Green Melon Syrup,
top with Frangipani Tonic,
2 Dashes Chrysanthemum Bitters

Glass

RCR Mixology Wine Glass

Mixology

Stir with ice, 60mls Tanqueray Ten Gin, a quarter of fresh-squeezed Grapefruit, 5mls Japanese Green Melon Syrup, and 2 Dashes of Chrysanthemum Bitters, Strain into RCR Mixology Wine Glass over ice and top with Frangipani Tonic.

Garnish

Dehydrated Grapefruit and Edible Flower on peg

Hendricks Gin, Elderflower Tonic, Watermelon, Passionfruit, Kaffir Lime Tart,

Ingredients 

60mls Hendricks Gin, 
Top with Elderflower Tonic, 
2 chunks Watermelon, 
5mls Passionfruit, 
5mls Kaffir Lime Tart,

Glass

RCR Highball

Mixology

Muddle 2 chunks of Watermelon, add 5mls Passionfruit, 5mls Kaffir Lime Tart, 60mls Hendricks Gin, and give a gentle shake. Double strain into an ice-filled RCR Highball glass. 
Top with Elderflower tonic

Garnish

slices of Watermelon and Kaffir lime leaves.




Blue Flowers GnT

Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin, Butterfly Pea Tonic, Lavender Syrup, Lime and Lotus Bitters.

Ingredients

60mls Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin,
Top with Butterfly Pea Tonic,
5mls Lavender Syrup,
15mls Lime Juice
2 dashes Lotus Bitters.

Glass

RCR Highball

Mixology

Build over ice, 60mls Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin, 5mls Lavender Syrup, 15mls Lime Juice, 2 dashes Lotus Bitters, and top with Butterfly Pea Tonic. Stir in the glass.

Garnish

rub a lime on the side of the glass and stick Edible flowers to the side of the glass.
