 CRAFT OF THE LIQUID CHEF 

Devoted to their craft, our liquid chefs spend endless hours preparing homemade bitters, syrups, liqueurs, teas, aperitifs, shrubs and dehydrated garnishes. For you, it's a cocktail. For our Liquid Chefs, its passion!

Jazz Jive

Old Monk rum, Amaretto, Hazelnut Syrup, Black tea, Tonka Bitters, topped with a Pomegranate, Orange and Raspberry Foam. Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
60mls Old Monk rum, 
15mls Sakurafresh Amaretto, 
10mls Teisseire Hazelnut Syrup, 
15mls Black tea, 
2 drops Sakurafresh Tonka Bitters, 
topped with a Pomegranate, Orange and Raspberry Foam
Hershey's Chocolate Sauce 

Glass

Coupe

Pomegranate, Orange and Raspberry Foam

Dry shake, 6 egg whites, with 90mls of Pomegranate juice, 90mls of orange Juice, and 45mls of Raspberry Puree. Shake and pour into Cream Whipper, Charge.

Mixology

Shake with ice, 60mls Old Monk rum, 15mls Sakurafresh Amaretto, 10mls Teisseire Hazelnut Syrup, 2 drops Sakurafresh Tonka Bitters, and  20mls Black tea, Double strain into Coupe Glass and top with Pomegranate, Orange and Raspberry Foam.

Garnish

Treble Clef on top of the foam with Hershey's Chocolate Sauce

Patron Silver Tequila, Blueberry and Watermelon, Ketel One Vodka, Cucumber, Homemade Green Cardamon Syrup, Apple

Ingredients 

30mls Patron Silver Tequila, 
10mls Blueberry Puree
2 chunks of Watermelon, 
30mls Ketel One Vodka, 
slice of Cucumber, 
5mls Homemade Green Cardamon Syrup, 
15mls Real activ Apple Juice

Martini

Mixology

Cut a slice of Watermelon to fit in the middle of a Martini glass, creating a partition.
In one shaker, shake with ice, 30mls Patron Silver Tequila, 10mls Blueberry Puree, 2 chunks of Watermelon.
In a 2nd shaker, Muddle 1 slice of Cucumber, add 5mls Homemade Green Cardamon Syrup, 15mls Real activ Apple Juice, 30mls Ketel One Vodka, shake with ice.
Using a flat bottom bar spoon, hold the Watermelon down and strain both shakers into separate sides of the Watermelon. 

Sacred Time

Caol Ila Single Malt Whisky, Mezcal Perro De San Juan, Stranger and Sons Gin, Homemade Homegrown Aloe Vera Syrup, Lemon twist.

Ingredients

30mls Caol Ila Single Malt Whisky, 
20mls Mezcal Perro De San Juan, 
10mls Stranger Sons Gin, 
10mls Homemade Homegrown Aloe Vera Syrup, 
1 Lemon twist.

Dilbar Goblet

Mixology

Stir with Ice, 30mls Caol Ila Single Malt Whisky, 20mls Mezcal Perro De San Juan, 10mls Stranger Sons Gin,  10mls Homemade Homegrown Aloe Vera Syrup, and 1 flambe Lemon twist. Double strain into Dilbar Goblet.

Garnish

Enchanted Dynasty

Jaisalmer Gin, Sweet and sour sauce, sea salt solution, Pomegranate, Sandalwood Bitters,  Krishi Kress Kombucha Immunity

Ingredients

60mls Jaisalmer Gin, 
20mls Sweet and sour sauce, 
0.5ml sea salt solution, 
1 squeezed Pomegranate, 
1 dash of Sandalwood Bitters,  
60mls Krishi Kress Kombucha Immunity

Glass

Eclat wine Goblet

Mixology

Squeeze the Juice of 1 Pomegranate, add 60mls Jaisalmer Gin, 20mls Sweet and sour sauce, 0.5ml sea salt solution, 1 dash of Sandalwood Bitters,  60mls Krishi Kress Kombucha Immunity, Ice and shake. Double strain into Eclat wine Goblet.

Garnish

Pomegranate slice and Edible flower.

Princess Mary

Terai Indian Dry Gin, Matcha Powder, with Lavender Extract, Lemon, Basil, and Egg Whites

Ingredients

60mls Terai Indian Dry Gin, 

tip of a bar spoon of Matcha Powder,

1ml Lavender Extract, 

quarter Lemon, 

3 Basil leaves

5mls Sugar syrup  

1 Egg Whites

 Luigi Bormioli Accademia Coupe

Mixology

In a shaker, add ice, 60mls Terai Indian Dry Gin, a tip of a bar spoon of Matcha Powder, 1ml Lavender Extract, a quarter of squeezed Lemon, 3 Basil leaves, 5mls Sugar syrup and 1 Egg Whites. Shake and strain away from the ice. Dry shake and strain into a small coupe glass.

Garnish

 Sprinkled Matcha Powder,  eatable Flower and Basil leaf

Banging with Berries

Grey Goose Vodka, Strawberry, Blackberry, Blueberry, Cranberry Juice

Ingredients

Grey Goose 60mls

20mls Blueberry puree

20mls Blackberry Puree

20mls Strawberry Puree

Top Cranberry juice

Glass

Collins 

mixology

Build over ice 20mls Strawberry Puree, 20mls Blackberry Puree,  20mls Blueberry Puree, 60mls of Grey Goose Vodka and top with Cranberry Juice, swizzle all ingredients with a bar spoon

Garnish 

Mixed Berries and Cherry
