Hibiscus and Plum Manhattan

Hibiscus tea Infused Chivas Regal Whisky, Martini Fiero, Plum, Angostura Bitters, Orange Twist.

Ingredients

50mls Hibiscus tea Infused Chivas Regal Whisky, 

20mls Martini Fiero, 

1 Plum, 

2 dashes of Angostura Bitters, 

1 Orange Twist.

Glass

Luigi Bormioli Accademia Coupe

Mixology

In mixing glass, muddle 1 plum, add 50mls Hibiscus tea Infused Chivas Regal Whisky, 20mls Martini Fiero, 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters, and ice. Stir and double strain into chilled Coupe Glass. Add a flambeed orange twist.

Garnish

Plum flower 

Matcha Grasshopper

Homemade Artisan Crème de Cacao, Crème De Menthe, Matcha, Cream, Chocolate Biscuit

Ingredients

30mls Homemade Crème de Cacao,
30mls Crème De Menthe,
tip of a bar spoon of Matcha powder,
30mls fresh Cream,
Half a crushed Chocolate Biscuit

Glass

 Luigi Bormioli retro Fizz Coupe

Mixology

 In a shaker with ice, add 30mls Homemade Artisan Crème de Cacao, 30mls Crème De Menthe, the tip of a bar spoon of Matcha powder, and  30mls fresh Cream; shake and strain into a coupe glass. Sprinkle Chocolate biscuit and a touch of Matcha Powder on top

ShangHai Gimlet

Grey Goose Vodka, La Grande Passion, Ginger, Coriander, Lime, with a Cumin, Garlic, Chilli and Orange Shrub


Ingredients

50mls Grey Goose Vodka, 
10mls La Grande Passion, 
1 Julian of Ginger, 
3 Coriander leaves, 
15mls Lime juice, 
15mls Cumin, Garlic, Chilli and Orange Shrub

Glass

Small Goblet

Mixology

Muddle 1 Julian of Ginger add 3 ripped Coriander leaves,  15mls Lime juice, 15mls Cumin, Garlic, Chilli and Orange Shrub, 50mls Grey Goose Vodka, 10mls La Grande Passion, and ice.

Shake and double strain into a small goblet

Garnish

 Dehydrated Orange and Lime and Corriander sprig

Oriental Mandarin Daquiri

Mount Gay Eclipse rum, Homemade Artesian Dehydrated Kumquat Liqueur, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Lemongrass, Mandarin (Indian Orange) with a Coconut and Salt Rim

Ingredients

45mls Mount Gay Eclipse rum, 

15mls Homemade Artesian Dehydrated Kumquat Liqueur, 

4 Kaffir Lime Leaves, 

1/2 Lemongrass, 

1/2 Mandarin (Indian Orange)  

Coconut and Salt Rim

Mixology

Rim Coupe glass with Coconut powder and salt

 Muddle half a lemongrass Stick, add half a freshly squeezed Mandarin (Indian Orange), rip and slap 4 Kaffir Lime Leaves, 45mls Mount Gay Eclipse rum, 15mls Homemade Artesian Dehydrated Kumquat Liqueur, Shake and Double strain into Ice cream Coupe

Garnish

 Pegged Dehydrated Orange, Kaffir Lime Leaf and Kumquat


Blue Bar Highball

Johnnie Walker Gold Label, Blue Bar Cordial Number 1, Black Tea, Perrier, Orange twist, Lemon twist

Ingredients

60mls Johnnie Walker Gold Label, 

15mls Blue Bar Cordial Number 1, 

30mls Black Tea, 

top up with Perrier, 

1 Orange twist, 

1 Lemon twist

How to Mix

Place 1 to 2 pieces of Craft Ice in Highball, add 60mls Johnnie Walker Gold Label, 

15mls Blue Bar Cordial Number 1, 30mls Black Tea, top up with Perrier,  add 1 flambe Orange twist, 1 flambe Lemon twist. Stir 9 times in glass.

 


Grapefruit and basil Aperol Spritz

Aperol, Zonin Prosecco, Grapefruit, Basil

Ingredients 

60mls Aperol
120mls Zonin Prosecco
Half a freshly squeezed Grapefruit
6 Basil Leaves

How to Mix

In a mixing Tin, Squeeze half a grapefruit, add 6 Ripped and slapped Basil Leaves and 60mls of Aperol, Shake and Double strain into an ice-filled Wine glass.
Top with Zonin Prosecco

Baked Camembert infused Greater Than Gin, Aperol, Kirsch, Martini Fiero, Orange twist.

Ingredients

20mls Baked Camembert infused Greater Than Gin, 
20mls Aperol, 
15mls Kirsch, 
15mls Martini Fiero, 
Orange twist

Glass

Urban Old Fashioned

How to Mix

Stir with ice 20mls Baked Camembert infused Greater Than Gin, 20mls Aperol, 15mls Kirsch, 15mls Martini Fiero, Double strain into a small Old fashioned.

Garnish

Slice of Camembert, Orange Twist and Cherry

Grapefruit G and T

Tanqueray Ten Gin, Grapefruit Tonic, Martini Fiero, Grapefruit

Ingredients

50mls Tanqueray Ten Gin, 
10mls Martini Fiero,
A quarter of a Grapefruit
top with Grapefruit Tonic

Highball

How to Mix 

In a Highball fill with ice, add 50mls Tanqueray Ten Gin, 10mls Martini Fiero, Squeeze the juice of a quarter of a Grapefruit and top with Grapefruit Tonic.
