Joel’s Gin Chai

Jaisalmer Gin, Homemade artisan Lemongrass Liqueur with Joel’s Masala Chai



Ingredients

50mls Jaisalmer Gin, 

15mls Lemongrass Liqueur

180mls Joel’s Masala Chai

Glass

 Tea Pot and RCR Sanaz Tea Cup

Mixology

Prepare Chai and add 50mls of Jaisalmer Gin and 15mls Lemongrass Liqueur

 in a Teapot

Garnish

 

Mulled Wine

Red Wine, prepared with Citrus Peel, Cinnamon, Pepper, Cloves, Star Anise Nutmeg and Sugar




Ingredients

1 Campo Viejo Rioja Tempranillo Red Wine
1 grated Nutmeg
2 Cinnamon
4 cloves
2 wings star anise
30mls Orange Juice
half lemon Rind
half orange Orange Rind
6 Black Pepper
2 bar spoon spice sugar

Glass

 Mixology Wine Glass

Mixology

cook at medium temperature 1/4 of red Wine and all other ingredients bring to boil lower temperature add remaining Wine and simmer

Garnish

 Dried Orange, Cinnamon Scroll and star anise

Mumms Toddy

Martell VS Cognac, Ginger, Clove Cinnamon, Angostura bitters, Lemon, Honey and Hot Water




Ingredients

60mls Martell VS Cognac
2 dash Angostura Bitters
15mls Lime Juice
4 Cloves
2 Cinnamon  Sticks 
chunk Ginger
20mls Honey
90mls Boiling water
over top Grond Pepper
Glass

 Brandy Balloon

Mixology

 Muddle ginger, add honey and Cognac, top with boiling water and Stir; strain through a tea strainer. Ground Pepper on top of the drink.

Garnish

Dehydrated Lemon, with Clove and Cinnamon Scroll
