 Craft of the Fluid Chef

Princess Mary

Terai Indian Dry Gin, Matcha Powder, with Lavender Extract, Lemon, Basil, and Egg Whites




Ingredients

60mls Terai Indian Dry Gin, 

tip of a bar spoon of Matcha Powder,

1ml Lavender Extract, 

quarter Lemon, 

3 Basil leaves

5mls Sugar syrup  

1 Egg Whites

Mixology

 In a shaker, add ice, 60mls Terai Indian Dry Gin, a tip of a bar spoon of Matcha Powder, 1ml Lavender Extract, a quarter of squeezed Lemon, 3 Basil leaves, 5mls Sugar syrup and 1 Egg Whites. Shake and strain away from the ice. Dry shake and strain into a small coupe glass.


Garnish

 Sprinkled Matcha Powder,  eatable Flower and Basil leaf

Campo Viejo Rioja Tempranillo Red Wine, Homemade Homegrown Aloe Vera Syrup, Blackberry, Angostura Bitters, Orange Twist, Sea Salt




Ingredients

90mls Campo Viejo Rioja Tempranillo Red Wine

10mls Homemade Homegrown Aloe Vera Syrup, 

30mls Blackberry Puree, 

1 dash of Angostura Bitters, 

1 Orange Twist, 

Sea Salt on the side of the glass

Eclat Long Champ

Mixology

Using Orange, Rub the side of a quarter of the Eclat Long Champ Glass, then rim with sea salt.

 Add ice, 90mls Red Wine, 10mls Homemade Homegrown Aloe Vera Syrup, 20mls Blackberry Puree, 1 dash of Angostura Bitters, shake and double strain into sea salt Eclat Long Champ Glass.

Add a flambeed orange twist.

Tell the guest to have the first sip from the salted side.

Garnish

 Blackberry and Kalamata Black Olive on a Cocktail stick

Sea salt on the side of the glass, and Kalamata Olive and Blackberry

Tamdhu 10-year-old Single Malt Whisky, Camomile tea, Pomegranate, Homemade Fennel Syrup



Ingredients

60mls Tamdhu 10-year-old Single Malt Whisky, 

45mls Chamomile tea, 

30mls Pomegranate Juice

10mls Homemade Fennel Syrup

Glass

How to mix

Muddle half a Pomegranate, add 60mls Tamdhu 10-year-old Single Malt Whisky,  45mls Camomile tea,  10mls Homemade Fennel Syrup 15ml Pomegranate Juice

shake and Double strain into a chilled

Garnish

Camomile sprinkled over the top of Drink in a line.

Kissed by Winter

Stranger and Sons Gin, Homemade Dried Fruit and Nut Whisky Liqueur, Fig, Apple, Winter Spice Syrup, Blue Bar House Bitters, Cinnamon Smoke


Ingredients
50mls Stranger and Sons Gin, 
10mls Homemade Dried Fruit and Nut Liqueur, 
2 Figs, 
45mls Real Activ Apple Juice 45mls 
5mls Winter Spice Syrup, 
2 dashes Blue Bar House Bitters, 
Cinnamon Smoke
Glass
small Goblet
Mixology
Fill a bottle with Cinnamon smoke using a smoke gun.
Muddle 2 figs add 45mls of Real Activ Apple Juice, 5mls Winter Spice Syrup, 2 dashes Blue Bar House Bitters, 50mls Stranger and Sons Gin, 10mls Homemade Dried Fruit and Nut Whisky Liqueur, and ice.
Shake and double strain into the smoke-filled bottle, count to 5 and pour into a small goblet glass. 
Garnish
Fig and Dried Apple pegged to the side of the glass.

Grey Goose Vodka, Strawberry, Blackberry, Blueberry, Cranberry Juice



Ingredients

Grey Goose 60mls

20mls Blueberry puree

20mls Blackberry Puree

20mls Strawberry Puree

Top Cranberry juice

mixology

Build over ice 20mls Strawberry Puree, 20mls Blackberry Puree,  20mls Blueberry Puree, 60mls of Grey Goose Vodka and top with Cranberry Juice, swizzle all ingredients with a bar spoon

Beefeater Gin, Mezcal Perro de San Juan, Jasmine Tea, Honey Water, Light Soy Sauce






Ingredients

30mls Beefeater Gin, 

30mls Mezcal Perro de San Juan, 

30mls Jasmine tea, 

10mls Honey Wate

2mls Light Soya Sauce

Mixology

 Stir with Ice, 30mls Beefeater Gin, 30mls Mezcal Perro de San Juan, 30mls Jasmine tea,  10mls Honey Water, 2mls Light soy sauce. Double strain into a Goblet Glass

Milk of the Poppy

Dewars 12-year-old Blended Scotch whisky, Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey Liqueur, homemade Artesian 5 Spice Liqueur, Poopy seeds, Milk


Ingredients

50mls Dewar’s 12 Whisky, 

20mls homemade Artesian 5 Spice Liqueur, 

10mls Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey Liqueur

2 bar spoons Poppy seeds, 

45mls milk

Glass

 Eclat Old fashioned glass

Mixology

Muddle Poppy seeds, add 50mls Dewar’s 12 Whisky, 20mls homemade Artesian 5 Spice Liqueur, 10mls Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey Liqueur, 2 bar spoons Poppy seeds, 45mls Milk and ice

Shake and Double Strain into an Eclat Old fashioned glass

Garnish

 Rub 1 side of a Cinnamon Scroll and 1 half of a Star Anise with Orange and Coat with Poppy Seeds.
