Blueberry infused Jack Daniels whiskey, with Homemade Garam Masala and Jaggery syrup, Mud Apple (Sapodillas), Fig and Blue Bar Hand-Crafted Spice Bitters.

Ingredients

60mls Blueberry infused Jack Daniels whiskey,

10mls Homemade Garam Masala and Jaggery syrup,

1 Mud Apple

2 Figs

2 dashes of Blue Bar Hand-Crafted Spice Bitters

1 Handcrafted clear Ice Block

1 Orange twist

Urban Old-fashioned Glass

Mixology

Muddle 1 Mud Apple, 2 Figs, add 60mls Blueberry infused Jack Daniels whiskey, 10mls Homemade Garam Masala and Jaggery syrup, and 2 dashes of Blue Bar Hand-Crafted Spice Bitters. Shake with ice and double strain over 1 Handcrafted clear Ice Block. Flambe 1 Orange twist.

Baked Guava Infused Patron Silver, with a Homemade Artesian White Chocolate Liqueur, Star fruit, topped with a mixed berry, grape and orange foam.



Ingredients

50mls Baked Guava Infused Patron Silver,

20mls Homemade Artesian White Chocolate Liqueur,

half a Star fruit,

8 green Grapes

topped with a mixed berry, and orange foam

 Luigi Bormioli retro Fizz Coupe

Mixology

 Muddle half a Star fruit and 8 green Grapes add 50mls Baked Guava Infused Patron  Silver, 20mls Homemade Artesian White Chocolate Liqueur, Ice and shake. Double strain into Luigi Bormioli retro Fizz Coupe and top with Mixed Berry Orange Foam.

Strawberry infused Bombay Sapphire Gin, Pineapple, and Elderflower Syrup,




Ingredients

 60mls Strawberry infused Bombay Sapphire Gin, 

3 chunks of Pineapple,

30mls Pineapple Juice

10mls Elderflower Syrup,

Glass

 Luigi Bormioli retro Fizz Coupe

Mixology

Muddle 3 chunks of Pineapple, add 30mls Pineapple Juice, 10mls Elderflower Syrup, 60mls Strawberry infused Bombay Sapphire Gin and Ice.
Shake and double strain into Coupe Glass

Garnish

 Dehydrated Pineapple and eatable flower

Lawrence of Arabia

Roasted Almond and Date infused Bacardi 8, Homemade Sumac Syrup, Lemon, Parsley and Spice Bitters, Egg White.



Ingredients

60mls Roasted Almond and Date infused Bacardi 8,

15nks Homemade Sumac Syrup,

1/2 Lemon,

1 Egg White

1 dash Spice Bitters

 Glass

 Small Goblet

Mixology

Rub Lemon on the side of a Small goblet and then sprinkle on Sumic Powder.

 Shake with ice, 60mls Roasted Almond and Date infused Bacardi 8, 15mks Homemade Sumac Syrup,  half a Lemon, 1 Egg White and 1 dash of Spice Bitters. Then remove ice and dry shake.

Strain into a Small Goblet with sumac powder on it.

Garnish

Dehydrated Orange, Date and Sumic Powder.

Sandalwood infused Johnnie Walker Green Label, Dried Fig infused jack Daniels Tennessee Honey Liqueur,  Lemon.

Ingredients

45mls Sandalwood infused Johnnie Walker Green Label, 
30mls Dried Fig infused Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey, 
Quarter of Lemon

Glass

Marble Glass/ Masala Art - Old Fashioned Glass

Mix the Glass

In a shaker, add 45mls Sandalwood infused Johnnie Walker Green Label, 30mls Dried Fig infused Tennessee Honey Liqueur, Quarter of Lemon and Ice. Shake and double strain over 1 cube of ice into Marble Glass. The leftovers strain into a separate whisky snifter glass

Butter Rinsed Tandoor Oven Roasted Pineapple infused Talisker 10-year-old Single Malt Whisky, Blue Bar Bespoke Craft Bitter Aperitivo, Homemade Artisan Creme De Cacao Liqueur, Blue Bar Hand-Crafted Spice Bitters, Orange Twist.

50mls Butter Rinsed Tandoor Oven Roasted Pineapple infused Talisker 10-year-old Single Malt Whisky,
20mls Blue Bar Bespoke Craft Bitter Aperitivo,
10mls Homemade Artisan Creme De Cacao Liqueur,
2 dashes of Blue Bar Hand-Crafted Spice Bitters,
1 Orange Twist.

Mixology

Stir with ice, 50mls Butter Rinsed Tandoor Oven Roasted Pineapple infused Talisker 10-year-old Single Malt Whisky, 20mls Blue Bar Bespoke Craft Bitter Aperitivo, 10mls Homemade Artisan Creme De Cacao Liqueur, 2 dashes of Blue Bar Hand-Crafted Spice Bitters, and a flambe Orange Twist.
Double strain into Luigi Bormioli Accademia Coupe
