1 Plum, 

90mls Real Activ Apple Juice

Mixology

Muddle 1 Plum add In a shaker add 10mls Fermented Black Bean Syrup, and 90mls Real Activ Apple Juice, 60mls of Bombay sapphire gin with ice. Shake and Double Strain over ice into a RCR Alkemist Mixology Red Wine Glass.

Oban 14-year-Old Single malt Whisky, Blue Bar 5 spice Liqueur, Topped with a Bamboo shoot, dried red chilli and Shitake Mushroom stock foam, Dried Noodles

Stir 50mls Oban 14-year-Old Single malt Whisky, 20mls Blue Bar 5 spice Liqueur, with Ice, Double strain into a Old fashioned Glass over Ice. Topped with a Bamboo shoot, dried red chilli and Shitake Mushroom stock foam, place Glass in a Dumpling Basket, and put Dried Fried Rice Noodles over the top of the Cocktail

Double strain into glass

60mls Chivas Regal

15mls of Passionfruit Puree

10mls Vanilla Syrup, 

3 dashes of Tabasco,

top with Sprite

mixology

Build over ice in a Collin Glass, 15mls of Passionfruit Puree, 10mls Vanilla Syrup, 3 dashes of Tabasco, 60mls of Chivas Regal, then top with Sprite and swizzle with a bar spoon.
