10mls Fermented Black Bean Syrup, 

1 Plum, 

150mls Real Activ Apple Juice

RCR Alkemist Mixology Red Wine Glass

Mixology

Muddle 1 Plum add In a shaker add 10mls Fermented Black Bean Syrup, and 150mls Real Activ Apple Juice, with ice. Shake and Double Strain over ice into a RCR Alkemist Mixology Red Wine Glass.

Garnish

10mls Fennel syrup

90mls Chamomile Tea

half a Pomegranate

15ml Pomegranate Juice

Muddle Half a Pomegranate add 15ml Pomegranate Juice , 90mls Chamomile Tea, 10mls Fennel syrup and ice

Shake and double strain into a chilled Martini Glass

Garnish

Sprinkle a line of Chamomile tea on top of Cocktail

Lychee Juice, Jasmine Tea, Homemade Vanilla Syrup.

40mls Lychee Juice, 

90mls Jasmine Tea, 

10mls Homemade Vanilla Syrup.

Mixology

Shake with ice 40mls Lychee Juice, 90mls Jasmine Tea, and 10mls Homemade Vanilla Syrup.

Strain into an ice fill Collins Glass.

Watermelon, Raspberry, Rose Tea

Ingredients

3 chunks of Watermelon

90mls Rose tea

30mls Raspberry Puree

Glass

Brass Martini

Mixology

Muddle 3 chunks of Watermelon, add 90mls Rose tea, 30mls Raspberry Puree and ice.

Shake and double Strain into a Brass Martini.

30mls Strawberry Puree

30mls Blackberry Puree

30mls Blueberry Puree

Top with Cranberry Juice

5 Basil Leaves

15mls raspberry puree

Topped with Ginger ale

Muddle 3 Pineapple Chunks add 30mls Pineapple Juice, rip 5 Basil Leaves, 15mls raspberry puree and Ice. Shake then add Ginger ale. Double strain into an ice filled Collins Glass and Top with Ginger ale.

30mls Blackberry Puree

45mls Apricot Puree

120mls Cranberry Juice, 

10mls Balsamic Vinegar

Shake with ice, 30mls Blackberry Puree, 45mls Apricot Puree, 120mls Cranberry Juice, and 10mls Balsamic Vinegar.  Double Strain over ice into a Ice filled Collins Glass

Passion Fruit, vanilla Syrup, Tabasco, Sprite

15mls of Passionfruit Puree

10mls Vanilla Syrup, 

3 dashes of Tabasco,

top with Sprite

Build over ice in a Collin Glass, 15mls of Passionfruit Puree, 10mls Vanilla Syrup, 3 dashes of Tabasco, then top with Sprite and swizzle with a bar spoon.

Cucumber and Elderflower Virgin Mojito

Cucumber, Elderflower syrup, Mint, Lime, Soda

Ingredients

2 slices of  Cucumber, 

15mls Monin Elderflower syrup, 

Handful of Mint, 

30mls of Lime Juice, 

Top with Soda water

Mixology

Muddle directly in Glass 2 slices of  Cucumber, add a Handful of Slapped Mint, add 15mls Monin Elderflower syrup, 30mls of Lime Juice, half fill the Glass with soda, swizzle all ingredients with a bar spoon and fill the glass with crushed ice.

Apricot, Guava Juice, Basil, soda

Ingredients

30mls Apricot Puree

30mls Guava Juice

4 basil Leaves

Top with Soda water

Mixology

Shake with ice, 30mls Apricot Puree, 30mls Guava Juice and 4 ripped Basil Leaves. Double Strain into a collins glass filled with ice and Top with soda Water.

4 Kaffir Lime Leaves

150mls Orange Juice

Muddle Lemongrass, Rip 4 Kaffir Lime Leaves, add 150mls Orange Juice and ice.

shake and Double strain into a Ice frilled Old fashioned Glass.
