How to Mix
Muddle Lemongrass, add 45mls Jaisalmer Gin, 15mls Homemade Lemongrass Liqueur, and Ice. Shake and double strain into chilled Coupe Glass.

In a shaker add 45mls Sandalwood infused Johnnie Walker Gold Label, 30mls Dried Fig infused Drambuie, Quarter of Lemon and Ice. Shake and double Strain over 1 cube of ice into Marble Glass, the leftovers strain into a separate whisky snifter glass

In a Collins Glass slapp a handful of Mint add 30mls Lime juice, 30mls Sugar syrup, 60mls Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum, 5mls of Mint Chutney, half fill glass with soda and Swizzle ingredients with a Bar spoon. Fill the glass with crushed Ice.
