Ingredients
40mls The Botanist Gin, 
20mls Mezcal Perro De San Juan, 
15mls Homemade Aloe Vera Syrup, 
3 chunks of Musk Melon
Glass
Liqueur Glass
Mixology
Muddle 3 chunks of Musk Melon, add 15mls Homemade Aloe Vera Syrup, 40mls The Botanist Gin, 20mls Mezcal Perro De San Juan, and Ice. Shake and Double Strain into a Chill Liqueur Glass.
Garnish
Aloe Vera leaf and a slice of Musk Melon.


Savory Rumba

Bacardi 4-year-old Anejo Cuatro, Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb and Ginger Liqueur, Red Bell Pepper, Papaya, Onion, Coriander, Lime and Black Pepper


Ingredients

Bacardi 4-year-old Anejo Cuatro Rum, 

Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb and Ginger Liqueur, 

1 quarter of a Red Bell Pepper, 

3 chunks of Papaya, 

1 thin slice of Onion, 

4 leaves of Coriander, 

15mls Lime juice 

Ground Black Pepper

Ice cream coupe

Mixology

Muddle Bell pepper, 3 chunks of Papaya,  and 1 thin slice of Onion, add 4 leaves of Coriander, 

15mls Lime juice,  Bacardi 4-year-old Anejo Cuatro Rum,  Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb and Ginger Liqueur, and Ice,

Shake and Double Strain into Ice Cream Coupe.

Garnish

Bell Pepper, with small cubes of Papaya, Onion and Coriander on top.


Panache

Smoke Vodka, with Homemade Fig, Thyme and Honey Liqueur, Peach, Green tea, Rosemary




Ingredients

50mls Smoke Vodka,
20mls Homemade Fig, Thyme and Honey Liqueur,
Half a Peach,
30mls Green tea,
1 sprig of Rosemary
Glass
Black Urban Goblet
mixology
Muddle Half a Peach, and 1 sprig of Rosemary add 50mls Smoke Vodka, 20mls Homemade Fig, Thyme and Honey Liqueur, 30mls Green tea, and Ice. Shake and Double Strain into a Black Urban Goblet over ice
Garnish
Peach Slice, Dried Fig and Rosemary Sprig


Paradise Pear

Glenfiddich 12-year-Old single Malt Whisky, Pear, Lemongrass, Elderflower Syrup



Ingredients
60mls Glenfiddich 12-year-Old single Malt Whisky, 
Half a Pear, 
Half a Lemongrass stick, 
2mls Elderflower Syrup
Glass
Glass Tea Cup

Mixology
Muddle Half a Pear, and Half a Lemongrass stick, add 60mls Glenfiddich 12-year-Old single Malt Whisky, 2mls Elderflower Syrup, Ice and Shake.

Double Strain into glass tea cup over a small craft ice
Garnish

Slice of Pear and Small stick of Lemongrass

Cleopatra

Tamdhu 10-year-old Single Malt Whisky, Camomile tea, Pomegranate, Homemade Fennel Syrup



Ingredients

60mls Tamdhu 10-year-old Single Malt Whisky, 

45mls Chamomile tea, 

half a Pomegranate, 

15ml Pomegranate Juice

10mls Homemade Fennel Syrup

Glass

How to mix

Muddle half a Pomegranate, add 60mls Tamdhu 10-year-old Single Malt Whisky,  45mls Camomile tea,  10mls Homemade Fennel Syrup 15ml Pomegranate Juice

shake and Double strain into a chilled

Garnish

Camomile sprinkled over the top of Drink in a line.


Not a Stranger

Stranger and Sons Gin, Elderflower Syrup,, Raspberry, Balsamic Vinegar, Pepper and Strawberry Preserve Rim

Ingredients

60mls Stranger and Sons Gin, 
10mls Elderflower Syrup, 
15mls Raspberry puree, 
2ml Balsamic Vinegar,
Lemon Twist
Cracked Black Pepper and Strawberry Preserve Rim

How to Mix the Cocktail?

Rim Coupe first with Strawberry Preserve, Then Rim with Cracked Pepper (the Pepper will stick to the Jam).
In a mixing glass add 50mls Stranger and Sons Gin, 20mls Edinburgh Gin Elderflower Liqueur, 15mls Raspberry puree, 2mls Balsamic Vinegar, and Ice.
Stir and Double strain over a handcrafted block of Ice.

Grey Goose Vodka, Strawberry, Blackberry, Blueberry, Cranberry Juice



Ingredients

Grey Goose 60mls

20mls Blueberry puree

20mls Blackberry Puree

20mls Strawberry Puree

Top Cranberry juice

Glass

Collins 

mixology

Build over ice 20mls Strawberry Puree, 20mls Blackberry Puree,  20mls Blueberry Puree, 60mls of Grey Goose Vodka and top with Cranberry Juice, swizzle all ingredients with a bar spoon

Garnish 

Mixed Berries and Cherry
