Woodford Reserve Bourbon Whisky, Martini Rosso, Cherry, Sage, Lemon, Blue Bar House Bitters



Ingredients

50mls Woodford Reserve Bourbon Whisky, 

20mls Martini Rosso, 

8 Cherries,  

8 Sage Leaves, 

a quarter of a Lemon, 

2 dashes Blue Bar House Bitters

Glass

Small Old Fashioned

Mixology

muddle 8 Cherries,  rip 8 Sage Leaves,  add a quarter of a Lemon, 2 dashes Blue Bar House Bitters, 50mls Woodford Reserve Bourbon Whisky,  20mls Martini Rosso, and ice.

Shake and Double Strain into a chilled Small old Fashioned Glass.

Garnish

Lemon, Cherry and Sage 


Blue Bar Highball

Johnnie Walker Gold Label, Blue Bar Cordial Number 1, Black Tea, Perrier, Orange twist, Lemon twist

Ingredients

60mls Johnnie Walker Gold Label, 

15mls Blue Bar Cordial Number 1, 

30mls Black Tea, 

top up with Perrier, 

1 Orange twist, 

1 Lemon twist

How to Mix

Place 1 to 2 pieces of Craft Ice in Highball, add 60mls Johnnie Walker Gold Label, 

15mls Blue Bar Cordial Number 1, 30mls Black Tea, top up with Perrier,  add 1 flambe Orange twist, 1 flambe Lemon twist. Stir 9 times in glass.


Mayan Margarita

Sun-Dried Tomato Infused Patron Silver Tequila, lime, with Homemade Jalapeno, Garlic, and Citrus Shrub, Orange, Sea Salt Rim

60mls Sun-Dried Tomato Infused Patron Silver Tequila, 

30mls lime Juice

20mls Homemade Jalapeno, Garlic, and Citrus Shrub, 

Quarter Orange

Sea Salt Rim

Mixology

Rim ice Cream coupe with salt, shake 60mls Sun-Dried Tomato Infused Patron Silver Tequila,  30mls lime juice, and 20mls Homemade Jalapeno, Garlic, and Citrus Shrub,

Garnish 

Lime, Jalapeno and sun-dried Tomato


Grapefruit and basil Aperol Spritz

Aperol, Zonin Prosecco, Grapefruit, Basil

Ingredients 

60mls Aperol
120mls Zonin Prosecco
Half a freshly squeezed Grapefruit
6 Basil Leaves

How to Mix

In a mixing Tin, Squeeze half a grapefruit, add 6 Ripped and slapped Basil Leaves and 60mls of Aperol, Shake and Double strain into an ice-filled Wine glass.
Top with Zonin Prosecco

Peanut Sidecar

Peanut Oil washed Martell VSOP, Marmalade, Lemon, Rimmed with Marmalade and Salted Peanuts

Ingredients

60mls Peanut Oil Washed Hennessy VSOP
1/2 spoon Marmalade
half Italian Lemon
Rim Marmalade and ground salted peanuts

How to Mix

Rim glass with marmalade then ground salted Peanuts

Shake 60mls Peanut Oil Washed Hennessy VSOP, 1/2 spoon Marmalade, half Italian Lemon with ice and double strain into a Liqueur Glass

garnish 

Place half Lemon skin over the top and a spoon of peanut butter on the side.


Cherry of Normandy Negroni

Baked Camembert infused Greater Than Gin, Aperol, Kirsch, Martini Fiero, Orange twist.

Ingredients

20mls Baked Camembert infused Greater Than Gin, 
20mls Aperol, 
15mls Kirsch, 
15mls Martini Fiero, 
Orange twist

Glass

Square old fashioned

How to Mix

Stir with ice 20mls Baked Camembert infused Greater Than Gin, 20mls Aperol, 15mls Kirsch, 15mls Martini Fiero, Double strain into a small Old fashioned.

Garnish

Slice of Camembert, Orange Twist and Cherry

Grapefruit G and T

Tanqueray Ten Gin, Grapefruit Tonic, Martini Fiero, Grapefruit

Ingredients

50mls Tanqueray Ten Gin, 
10mls Martini Fiero,
A quarter of a Grapefruit
top with Grapefruit Tonic

How to Mix 

In a Highball fill with ice, add 50mls Tanqueray Ten Gin, 10mls Martini Fiero, Squeeze the juice of a quarter of a Grapefruit and top with Grapefruit Tonic.

Prune and Vanilla Smoke Old fashioned

Prune Infused Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Angostura Bitters, Homemade Spice Syrup, Orange twist smoked with Vanilla

Ingredients

60mls Prune Infused Woodford Reserve Bourbon, 
15mls Homemade Spice Syrup, 
2 dashes Angostura Bitters, 
1 Orange twist
Vanilla smoke

How to Mix

In a mixing glass, Stir with Ice, 60mls Prune Infused Woodford Reserve Bourbon, 15mls Homemade Spice Syrup, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, Strain over an Ice block in an old fashion Glass.

Smoke in the dome with thin-sliced Vanilla Pod using a Smoke gun

Garnish 

Flambe Orange twist and Prune

 


Wat Mule

Grey Goose Vodka, Lime, Angostura Bitters, Homemade Asian Soda Ginger Beer/ (Contains ginger, lemongrass, kaffir lime, galangal, chilli, sesame, Wheat Beer)



Ingredients

60mls Grey Goose Vodka, 
30mls Lime Juice, 
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters, 
top with Homemade Asian Soda Ginger Beer

Glass

Mule Mug

How to Mix

Fill Mule mug with Ice add 60mls Grey Goose Vodka, 30mls Lime Juice, 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters, and top up with Homemade Asian Soda Ginger Beer, swizzle with a bar spoon. 

Garnish

Nimbu, Lemongrass, Kaffir lime Leaf and chilli.
