Ingredients

60mls Woodford Reserve
1 Sugar cube
Angostura bitters
3mls Maraschino Cherry Syrup
1 Maraschino cherry
1 Orange Twist

How to Mix

Soak a Sugar Cube in Angostura bitters
In Old fashion Glass, crush Angostura soaked sugar cube with 3mls of Maraschino Cherry Syrup. with a flat bottom bar spoon. 
Add 2 Ice cubes, 15mls of Woodford Reserve Bourbon and Stir, till ice settles 
Add 1 Ice cube, 15mls of Woodford Reserve Bourbon and Stir, till ice settles, 
Add 1 Ice cube, 15mls of Woodford Reserve Bourbon and Stir, till ice settles, 
Add 1 Ice cube, 15mls of Woodford Reserve Bourbon, 1 Flamed orange Twist and a  Maraschino cherry and Stir, till ice settles, 



Cacao and Apricot Old fashioned

Cacao Nib and Dried Apricot infused Woodford Reserve, Homemade Crème de Cacao, Angostura Bitters, Sugar, Cherry. Orange twist

45mls Cacao Nib and Dried Apricot infused Woodford Reserve

Homemade Crème de Cacao

1 Sugar cube 
Angostura bitters
3mls Maraschino Cherry Syrup
1 Maraschino cherry
1 Orange Twist

How to Mix

Soak a Sugar Cube in Angostura bitters
In Old fashion Glass, crush Angostura soaked sugar cube with 3mls of Maraschino Cherry Syrup. with a flat bottom bar spoon. 
Add 2 Ice cubes, 15mls of Cacao Nib and Dried Apricot infused Woodford Reserve and Stir, till ice settles 
Add 1 Ice cube, 15mls of Cacao Nib and Dried Apricot infused Woodford Reserve and Stir, till ice settles, 

Add 1 Ice cube, 15mls of Cacao Nib and Dried Apricot infused Woodford Reserve and Stir, till ice settles, 
Add 1 Ice cube, 15mls of Homemade Crème de Cacao, 1 Flamed orange Twist and a  Maraschino cherry and Stir, till ice settles,

Roasted Pecan Nut Infused Woodford Reserve, Maple Syrup, Angostura Bitters, Orange twist

60mls Roasted Pecan Nut Infused Woodford Reserve, 
10mls Maple Syrup, 
2 dashes Angostura Bitters, 
1 Orange twist

In a mixing glass Stir with Ice, 60mls Roasted Pecan Nut Infused Woodford Reserve, 10mls Maple Syrup, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, Strain over an Ice block in an old fashion Glass

Garnish

Prune Infused Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Angostura Bitters, Homemade Spice Syrup, Orange twist smoked with Vanilla

60mls Prune Infused Woodford Reserve Bourbon, 
15mls Homemade Spice Syrup, 
2 dashes Angostura Bitters, 
1 Orange twist
Vanilla smoke

Smoke in the dome with thin-sliced Vanilla Pod using a Smoke gun

Garnish
