180mls Red Wine,
30mls Old Monk,
60mls Orange Juice,
2 Orange Zest,
2 Lemon Zest,
2 dried Fig,
10 Raisins,
2 Dates,
1 Nutmeg,
3 Cinnamon Sticks,
3 Cloves,
10 Black Pepper,
1 Star Anise Wing
2 bar spoons of Sugar
30mls Old Monk,
60mls Orange Juice,
2 Orange Zest,
2 Lemon Zest,

2 Dates,
1 Nutmeg,
3 Cinnamon Sticks,
3 Cloves,
10 Black Pepper,
1 Star Anise Wing
2 bar spoons of Sugar

How to Mix
Grate 1 whole Nutmeg add 60mls of Red wine, 60mls Orange Juice, 2 Orange Zest, 2 Lemon Zest, 2 dried Fig, 10 Raisins, 2 Dates, 3 Cinnamon Sticks, 3 Cloves, 10 Black Pepper, 1 Star Anise Wing and 2 bar spoons of Sugar. Cook at medium temperature and bring to the Boil. Boil for approximately 45 seconds.
Reduce to Low Temperature add 120mls of Red Wine and cook till it starts to bubble.
In wine glass add 30mls of Old monk rum and top with Mulled wine leaving some in the saucepan.
Garnish
Place a reasonably sized Cinnamon stick on the side of the Glass, place an Orange wheel on top, a Star anise and 6 black pepper

How to Mix
Into teapot add 20mls Monkey Shoulder Malt Whisky, 20mls Jaisalmer Gin, 20mls Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey Liqueur, and 3 ladles of Masala Ginger Lemongrass Chai.
Serve on a wooden tray with 2 small

How to Mix
Boil water in Kettle
In Mixing tin Muddle a small knob of Ginger add 60mls Hennessy VS Cognac, 20mls Honey, 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters, 3 Cinnamon sticks, 3 Cloves, 15mls Lime Juice, top with boiling water and stir for 30 seconds.
Tea strain into brandy Balloon and top with ground Pepper
