50mls Bombay Sapphire Gin, 
15mls Homemade Fig Honey and Thyme Liqueur, 
10mls Passionfruit Puree,

How to Mix 

In a Highball fill with ice, add 50mls Bombay Sapphire Gin, 15mls Homemade Fig Honey and Thyme Liqueur, 10mls Passionfruit Puree, and top with Tonic.

In a Highball fill with ice, add 560mls Beetroot Infused Beefeater Gin, 15mls Homemade Fennel Syrup, 10mls Lime Juice, and top with Tonic.

Hendricks Gin, Cucumber Tonic, Pomegranate

60mls Hendricks Gin
20mls Pomegranate juice
top with Cucumber Tonic

A quarter of a Grapefruit

In a Highball fill with ice, add 50mls Tanqueray Ten Gin, 10mls Martini Fiero, Squeeze the juice of a quarter of a Grapefruit and top with Grapefruit Tonic.
