Classic Twists

Wat Mule

Grey Goose Vodka, Lime, Angostura Bitters, Homemade Asian Soda Ginger Beer/ (Contains ginger, lemongrass, kaffir lime, galangal, chilli, sesame, Wheat Beer)

Ingredients

60mls Grey Goose Vodka, 
30mls Lime Juice, 
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters, 
top with Homemade Asian Soda Ginger Beer

Glass

Mule Mug

How to Mix

Fill Mule mug with Ice add 60mls Grey Goose Vodka, 30mls Lime Juice, 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters, and top up with Homemade Asian Soda Ginger Beer, swizzle with a bar spoon. 

Garnish

Nimbu, Lemongrass, Kaffir lime Leaf and chilli.



Apricot and Rosemary Sour

Woodfords Reserve Small Batch Bourbon, lemon, Angostura bitters, Apricot, Rosemary, sugar, egg whites

Ingredients

60mls Woodfords Reserve
half Italian lemon
2 dash Angostura Bitters
30mls Apricot puree
half Rosemary sprig
1 Egg whites
10mls Sugar syrup

Glass
Goblet

Method: 

Muddle Rosemary, add all ingredients into a shaker with ice 
shake, then single strain to remove ice and Dry shake 
strain into a Coupe glass 
double strain over ice

Garnish

Dehydrated Orange, with 2 pecan nuts on

Sandalwood infused Johnnie Walker Gold Label, Dried Fig infused Drambuie, Lemon

Ingredients

45mls Sandalwood infused Johnnie Walker Gold Label, 
30mls Dried Fig infused Drambuie, 
Quarter of Lemon

Glass

Marble Glass

Mix the Glass

In a shaker add 45mls Sandalwood infused Johnnie Walker Gold Label, 30mls Dried Fig infused Drambuie, Quarter of Lemon and Ice. Shake and double Strain over 1 cube of ice into Marble Glass, the leftovers strain into a separate whisky snifter glass

Peanut Sidecar

Peanut Oil washed Martell VSOP, Marmalade, Lemon, Rimmed with Marmalade and Salted Peanuts

Ingredients

60mls Peanut Oil Washed Hennessy VSOP
1/2 spoon Marmalade
half Italian Lemon
Rim Marmalade and ground salted peanuts

How to Mix

Rim glass with marmalade then ground salted Peanuts

Shake 60mls Peanut Oil Washed Hennessy VSOP, 1/2 spoon Marmalade, half Italian Lemon with ice and double strain into a Liqueur Glass

garnish 

Place half Lemon skin over the top and a spoon of peanut butter on the side




Jalapeño and Cinnamon Paloma

Grapefruit Skin and Jalapeño infused Patron Silver Tequila, Aperol, Cinnamon tea, Grapefruit, Honey water, Rimmed with salt

Ingredients

60mls Grapefruit, Jalapeño infused Patron silver
10mls Aperol 
5mls cinnamon tea
half a fresh squeezed Grapefruit,
10mls Honey water
Salt Rim

Old fashion

How to Mix 

salt rim old fashion glass
In mixing tin add 60mls Grapefruit, Jalapeño infused Patron silver, 10mls Aperol, 5mls cinnamon tea
half a fresh squeezed Grapefruit, 10mls Honey water.
garnish
Cinnamon stick, Grapefruit wedge and Jalapeno.





Dark and Stormy Date

Date infused El Ron Prohibido Dark Rum, Homemade Ginger Beer, Lime, Angostura Bitters

Ingredients

60mls Date infused El Ron Prohibido Dark Rum, 
30mls Lime Juice, 
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Top with Homemade Ginger Beer,

Highball

How to Mix

Fill a highball with ice add 60mls Date infused El Ron Prohibido Dark Rum, 30mls Lime Juice, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters and Top with Homemade Ginger Beer, swizzle with a bar spoon

Garnish

Date and Nimbu Wedge




Cucumber and Elderflower Mojito,

Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum, Mint, Lime, Cucumber, Elderflower syrup and Soda

Ingredients

60mls Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum, 
10 Mint leaves, 
15mls Nimbu Juice, 
3 chunks of Cucumber, 
10mls Elderflower syrup,
60mls Soda and Top

how to Mix

Muddle 3 chunks of Cucumber, Slap Mint Leaves into Glass, add 15mls Lime, 10mls Elderflower syrup, 60mls Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum, and 45mls Soda. Mix with a Bar spoon and fill the glass with crushed Ice. Top any remaining space with soda.

Garnish

Cucumber strip, Mint sprig and Nimbu wedge


Pineapple and Cardamon Margarita

Patron Silver Tequila, Cointreau, Lime Juice, Pineapple, Green Cardamon

Ingredients

45mls Patron Silver Tequila, 
15mls Cointreau, 
30mls Lime Juice, 
4 chunks Pineapple, 
3 Green Cardamon pods 
10mls Pineapple Juice

Glass

Brass Margarita Glass

How to mix

Muddle 4 chunks Pineapple, and  3 Green Cardamon pods. Add 10mls Pineapple Juice, 45mls Patron Silver Tequila, 15mls Cointreau, 30mls Lime Juice, and Ice.
Shake and Double Strain into a Brass Margarita Glass

Garnish

Pineapple Slice with skin and Core Removed and 3 Cardamon Pods



Islay Truffle Manhattan

Black Truffle Gentleman Jack, Smokehead Islay Single Malt Whisky, Martini Rosso, Angostura bitters, Grapefruit Twist, Black Pepper

Ingredients

20mls Black Truffle Gentleman Jack, 
30mls Smokehead Islay Single Malt Whisky, 
20mls Martini Rosso, 
2 dashes of Angostura bitters, 
1 Grapefruit Twist, 
Black Pepper

Glass

Coupe

How to Mix

Stir with ice, 20mls Black Truffle Gentleman Jack, 30mls Smokehead Islay Single Malt Whisky, 20mls Martini Rosso, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, Double strain into a Chilled Coupe Glass.

Garnish

Grapefruit twist and Ground Black pepper over the top
