Blueberry, Homemade Vanilla and Lavender Liqueur, Champagne

Ingredients

15mls Blueberry Purée

15mls Vanilla and Lavender Liqueur

Topped up with Champagne

Glass

Flute

How to Mix

Pour directly into the flute glass,  15mls Blueberry Purée, 15mls Vanilla and Lavender Liqueur, Topped up with Champagne then gently mix with a bar spoon.




Grapefruit and basil Aperol Spritz

Aperol, Champagne, Grapefruit, Basil

Ingredients 

60mls Aperol
150mls Champagne
Half a freshly squeezed Grapefruit
6 Basil Leaves

Glass

Wine Glass

How to Mix

In a mixing Tin, Squeeze half a grapefruit, add 6 Ripped and slapped Basil Leaves and 60mls of Aperol, Shake and Double strain into an ice-filled Wine glass.
Top with Champagne

Garnish

Basil Sprig and Grapefruit wedge
